An abortionist who had his license to practice medicine stripped over allegations of fraud is said to be practicing at the Nebraska facility of late abortionist LeRoy Carhart.<\/p>\n

Carhart, one of the country’s most notorious late-term abortionists, died in April<\/a> at the age of 81. Now, according to Operation Rescue, his facility in Bellevue, Nebraska, has hired Tyrone Malloy<\/a> as Carhart’s replacement, according to Operation Rescue<\/a>.<\/p>\n

An anonymous informant sent an e-mail<\/a>, saying that while he or she supports legal abortion, he or she wants it to be safe, and therefore, is troubled by Malloy’s hiring. The informant wrote:<\/p>\n

Tomorrow patients will illegally be seen at the Bellevue clinic under Dr. Carhart\u2019s DEA license, and pharmacy. As you are aware he is dead. The new medical director, Tyrone Malloy MD is not registered in Nebraska and has previously lost his medical license for fraud. His colleague will see patients, and she is not a dispensing physician. The clinic license is no longer active following Dr. Carhart\u2019s death. Do what you will with this, I have reported this to the state.<\/em><\/p>\n

The information seems to be valid, as Carhart’s daughter, Janine Weatherby, confirmed<\/a> to the Omaha World-Herald in July that Malloy would be the facility’s new medical director.<\/p>\n
