Politico<\/a><\/em><\/strong> has an article on the reason why pro-choice organizations aren\u2019t challenging fetal pain laws banning abortion after 20 weeks:<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n

Republican legislatures across the country are passing tough new anti-abortion laws \u2013 and while abortion rights advocates believe the new laws are unconstitutional, they\u2019re not rushing to court to stop them.<\/em><\/p>\n

The reason: There\u2019s a decent chance they\u2019d lose\u2026.<\/em><\/em><\/p>\n

The Center for Reproductive Rights, a stalwart defender of abortion rights, says that the law ranks lower down in its priorities since it only regulates a small number of procedures that occur later in the pregnancy.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n
