Since welcoming his daughter in May 2022, singer Post Malone has had some heartwarming words about fatherhood, noting that he’s the “happiest he’s ever been.” Malone opened up about his daughter last September in an interview with GQ<\/a>, noting that being apart from her is one of the hardest parts of his job.<\/p>\n

“It is great,” he said of fatherhood. “It\u2019s really tough not being able to see her, but she\u2019s coming out more often now. She\u2019s huge, she\u2019s super tall, and she\u2019s such a legend and I\u2019m just happy to see her. But it is heartbreaking having to leave and not be able to be with her all the time.”<\/p>\n

In an April 2023 Instagram post<\/a>, he noted that he’s been focusing on his health so that he can be around longer for his daughter.<\/p>\n

“I wanted to say that I\u2019m not doing drugs, I\u2019ve had a lot of people ask me about my weight loss and I\u2019d suppose, performance on stage,” he wrote. “I\u2019m having a lot of fun performing, and have never felt healthier. I guess dad life kicked in and I decided to kick soda, and start eating better so I can be around for a long time for this little angel.”<\/p>\n
