An Ontario man has been arrested for selling over 1,200 suicide kits to people around the world, and is believed to have caused the deaths of multiple people.<\/p>\n

Kenneth Law was originally unmasked<\/a> by the Times of London, which found that Law \u2014 who worked full-time as a chef \u2014 is believed to have been behind seven deaths at the time of their April investigation. He spoke openly to an undercover investigator about the number of people he sold the kits to, saying, \u201cIt will be literally in the hundreds. And they\u2019ve all received it. We have had many, many customers in the UK who have purchased it.\u201d<\/p>\n

He further said that \u201cmany, many, many, many\u201d had died due to his suicide kits, saying, \u201cPeople in the UK have died, people in the US have died, people in Canada have died, and other parts of the world.”<\/p>\n

The Times of London found that one of his victims was only 17 years old. Law repeatedly said that he was doing “God’s work” by sending out the suicide kits.<\/p>\n

But two mothers spoke to CTV after both of their children were killed using Law’s suicide kits \u2014 and they do not agree.<\/p>\n

\u201cThis trial is monumental in so many ways,\u201d Kelli Wilson said. \u201cThese sites sell to vulnerable people. It\u2019s aiding and abetting suicide, which is akin to murder. Law weaponized mentally ill people against themselves, and that can\u2019t be allowed to continue. It\u2019s a no-brainer. He needs to be held accountable for what he\u2019s (allegedly) done. And the lawmakers, as well \u2013 they\u2019ve facilitated these havens for crime.\u201d<\/p>\n

Catherine Adenekan added, “What he\u2019s (allegedly) done is one of the worst things you could possibly do.”<\/p>\n
