The landlord&#8217;s attorney sent an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.instagram.com\/p\/CvTXOmypX5U\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">email<\/a> regarding the property and his decision to Tim Clement, Director of Outreach for the Survivors of the Abortion Holocaust, who announced the news at the planned pro-life rally outside the building on July 29.<\/p>\n<p>The pro-life win comes after pro-lifers launched prayer and protest efforts to stop the facility from opening.<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"instagram-media\" style=\"background: #FFF; <a href=\"https:\/\/m.facebook.com\/story.php?story_fbid=pfbid02PNAxNhyRRGTqAV7LVE2fXpafJkArVtJdakCfixPmuLQm53XrUM36aMFRjMJ7fucYl&amp;id=100064751588597&amp;mibextid=qC1gEa\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">said<\/a> Clement. &#8220;Being home to a first-of-[its] kind abortion business is not what this city wants to be known for and they definitely weren&#8217;t pleased with the presence of protestors taking to their streets every day.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Pro-lifers have been fighting back against the opening of the facility, which plans to commit &#8220;all-trimester&#8221; abortions \u2014 up to 31 weeks and six days \u2014 for any reason. In the third trimester (typically starting at week 28), preborn human beings are most often <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abortionprocedures.com\/induction\/?__hstc=61024563.13972203a77fdbb677692af4fc40e81f.1659461081988.1690723591157.1690816204270.790&amp;__hssc=61024563.1.1690816204270&amp;__hsfp=3812163218\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">killed<\/a> via lethal injection, which causes cardiac arrest. The mother, who, according to DuPont is sedated, would then give birth to a stillborn baby.<\/p>\n<p>Babies born as young as <em>21 weeks<\/em>\u00a0have survived outside the womb.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"YouTube video player\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/aBIhez7C1dM\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While abortion advocates claim that abortions are only carried out this late in pregnancy for medical reasons, the truth is that many women have abortions in the third trimester for <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/new-study-late-term-abortions-most-reasons\/\">non-health related reasons<\/a>, which DuPont Clinic&#8217;s patient director Karishma Oza <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/all-trimester-abortion-california-late-pregnancy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">calls<\/a> &#8220;beautiful.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>She said, &#8220;<em><strong>I think abortion in all trimesters is beautiful.<\/strong>\u00a0<\/em>And you know,\u00a0<strong><em>there is also a myth that abortion in the second and third trimester is only for people experiencing anomalies. That\u2019s also not true.<\/em>\u00a0<\/strong>Of course, we serve people who have anomalies at our clinic, and we do it with a whole lot of heart and compassion. But there\u2019s this misconception that there also has to be something wrong with the pregnancy in order to have an abortion, and that\u2019s just not true.\u201d<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:257}\">\u00a0(emphasis added)<\/span><\/p>\n<p>While the DuPont Clinic has lost its Beverly Hills location for now, it is likely working to secure a new location in California.
