A former Planned Parenthood director committed suicide<\/a> last week amid a police investigation into child pornography.<\/p>\n

The Office of the Chief State Medical Examiner confirmed that 36-year-old Tim Yergeau died by suicide on Tuesday. He had formerly been the director of strategic communications for Planned Parenthood of Southern New England in New Haven, Connecticut from 2018 to 2022.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe person who died was definitely the suspect in a child pornography investigation and the person who committed suicide,\u201d New Haven police chief Karl Jacobson told\u00a0the Middletown Press<\/a>.<\/p>\n
