(Connecticut): $1,890,000<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, HI, AK, IN, and KY (Idaho): $538,040<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, HI, AK, IN, and KY (Indiana): $542,670<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Great Northwest, HI, AK, IN, and KY (Kentucky): $500,610<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota (Minnesota): $2,880,000<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood of Northern New England (New Hampshire): $502,500<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood South Atlantic (North Carolina): $477,720<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood of Greater Ohio (Ohio): $2,000,000<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood South Atlantic (South Carolina): $569,980<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood of Greater Texas Family Planning &amp; Preventative Health Services (Texas): $2,305,890<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Association of Utah (Utah): $2,250,000<\/li>\n<li>Virginia League for Planned Parenthood (Virginia): $1,258,790<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In addition, Essential Access Health was awarded $13,200,000 in Title X funds in California and\u00a0$2,100,000 in Hawaii. As <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/hhs-floods-planned-parenthood-taxpayer-dollars\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previously<\/a> detailed by Live Action News, EAH states\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.essentialaccess.org\/programs-and-services\/medication-abortion-access-project\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">online<\/a>\u00a0that it is not only a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/EssnAccessHlth\/status\/1484305031302057986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">member<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0Gov. Gavin Newsom\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/california-prepares-abortion-destination-roe-falls\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">California Future of Abortion Council<\/a>, but also a \u201clead trainer and convener of campus health center partners and stakeholders\u201d to support implementation of the state\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/will-fund-abortion-pills-california-campuses\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">SB24 legislation<\/a>, which forced California colleges to provide abortion access on campus.<\/p>\n<p>Family Planning Association of Maine, Inc., which\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.irs.gov\/pub\/epostcard\/cor\/010317679_202006_990_2021050518059252.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">does business<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.mainebids.us\/maine-contractors\/contractor-6295856-FAMILY-PLANNING-ASSOCIATIO.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maine Family Planning<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0has been part of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-pill-trial-expands-thwart-fda-safety\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Gynuity-sponsored<\/a>\u00a0TelAbortion\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/telabortion.org\/about\/for-providers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clinical trial<\/a>\u00a0(which is\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/dangerous-maine-abortion-pill-contact-free\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">offering<\/a>\u00a0the abortion pill awarded\u00a0$1,925,000 in Title X dollars.<\/p>\n<p>New Jersey Family Planning League, Inc., which <a href=\"https:\/\/njfpl.org\/about\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">boasts<\/a> several <a href=\"https:\/\/njfpl.org\/find-a-health-center\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood facilities<\/a> in its network of family planning agencies, was awarded\u00a0$8,550,000 from the Title X program.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned Parenthood abuses and scandals<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood has been embroiled in multiple controversies, including accusations of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-paints-planned-parenthood-victim-fraud-abuse\/\">abuses,<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-paints-planned-parenthood-victim-fraud-abuse\/\">scandals<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthoods-many-abuses-reasons-defund-abortion-corporation\/\">fraud<\/a>, racism, pregnancy discrimination,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-abortion-industry-compromised-patient-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">privacy breaches,<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-cited-medicaid-fraud-still-getting-taxpayer-funding\/\">Medicaid fraud<\/a> \u2014 yet the United States Government under the Biden Administration continues to funnel millions in taxpayer dollars to this corrupt organization.<\/p>\n<p>The corporation disseminates\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/new-undercover-video-exposing-planned-parenthood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">unscientific, fabricated and misleading medical information<\/a>\u00a0to women considering abortions, and former\u00a0staffers have\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/congress-debates-planned-parenthood-funding-new-videos-reveal-abortion-chain-refusing-help-pregnant-women-wanting-carry-babies-term\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>\u00a0how Planned Parenthood\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Byb6ibQb4Nc\">misinforms women<\/a>\u00a0about the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=Byb6ibQb4Nc\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">development<\/a>\u00a0of their preborn babies, how they have a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/abortioncorporation\/\">poor standard of care<\/a>\u00a0for clients (with former managers accusing them of \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=0PUFJwiHlJM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">treating women like cattle<\/a>\u201d), and how they utilize\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=_WXjoqbStEM\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ultrasound<\/a>\u00a0only for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/defund-battle-continues-live-action-exposes-planned-parenthoods-ultrasounds-used-killing-not-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abortions<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned Parenthood fails to comply with mandatory reporting of child sexual abuse<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Live Action News has documented Planned Parenthood&#8217;s willingness to <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-traffickers-guardians\/\">aid sex traffickers<\/a>,\u00a0willingness to commit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/sex-selective-abortion\/\">sex-selective abortions<\/a>, and much more. All of these should disqualify Planned Parenthood from receiving Title X funding.<\/p>\n<p>Live Action\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/aidingabusers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aiding Abusers<\/a>\u00a0investigative report and docuseries, which\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/planned-parenthood-ignores-child-sex-abuse-victims-amidst-me-too-times-up-and-proposed-title-x-regulations-demanding-reporting-of-abuse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">includes<\/a>\u00a0actual criminal cases and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/video-taxpayers-paying-for-years-of-planned-parenthoods-legal-fees-as-it-defends-its-failure-to-report-child-sexual-abuse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">testimony<\/a>\u00a0from the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-2RV38GhVc8&amp;t=457s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">attorney<\/a>\u00a0of two victims, exposed how Planned Parenthood covers up child sexual abuse. In addition,\u00a0Live Action undercover investigative videos\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/live-action-releases-two-more-videos-adding-to-evidence-that-planned-parenthoods-cover-up-of-child-sexual-abuse-is-widespread\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documented<\/a>\u00a0Planned Parenthood employees at 15 different facilities showing a willingness to cover up\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/sexual-abuse-cover-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">child sexual abuse<\/a>\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/child-sex-trafficking-cover-up\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">child sex trafficking<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>An\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=phocsMQsFC4\">interview<\/a>\u00a0between Live Action president Lila Rose and a former Planned Parenthood manager\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/planned-parenthood-lied-media-retraining-thousands-staff-report-child-sex-trafficking\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>\u00a0that instead of helping employees identify and report potential abuse, the corporation\u2019s training sessions instructed staff on how to identify undercover journalists and whether they were being recorded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned Parenthood&#8217;s poor treatment of employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood employees have gone public to\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/employees-planned-parenthood-mask-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">expose<\/a> long-held secrets and inner workings of the organization, including failing to pay employees a decent wage, shoddy treatment,\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-dark-pregnancy-discrimination\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">discriminating<\/a> against <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/report-planned-parenthood-discriminated-pregnant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">pregnant employees<\/a>, and prioritizing <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/nashville-planned-parenthood-why-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">profits<\/a> over care. They also revealed that Planned Parenthood has\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=mkxUAR3a_Jc\">abortion goals<\/a>. Staffers also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/employee-planned-parenthood-concerned-money-power\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged<\/a> the organization was &#8220;more concerned&#8221; with power and money than anything else\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-perpetually-toxic-culture\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">exposed<\/a> the corporation\u2019s perpetually toxic culture.<\/p>\n<p>In addition, Live Action News\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/media-paints-planned-parenthood-victim-fraud-abuse\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">previously<\/a>\u00a0documented accusations of the corporation\u2019s discrimination against its own\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/employees-planned-parenthood-mask-crack\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">staffers<\/a>\u00a0for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Violation of Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Violation of Family Medical Leave Act (FMLA)<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Failure to accommodate disabilities<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Racial comments<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Sexual harassment<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Retaliation<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/sues-planned-parenthood-discrimination\/\">Identifying conflicts of interest<\/a><\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/report-planned-parenthood-discriminated-pregnant\/\">Pregnancy discrimination<\/a>\u00a0(and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-dark-pregnancy-discrimination\/\">here<\/a>)\u00a0and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/nashville-planned-parenthood-why-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">profit over care.<\/a><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><b>Planned Parenthood\u00a0accused of racism<\/b><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood has been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/look-2020-racism-white-supremacy-abortion-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">steeped in racism<\/a>, according to hundreds of past and current Planned Parenthood employees who\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-systemic-racism-white-supremacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">published<\/a>\u00a0an open\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saveppgny.wordpress.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">letter<\/a>\u00a0which\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2020\/06\/23\/nyregion\/ny-planned-parenthood-laura-mcquade.html?smid=tw-nytimes&amp;smtyp=cur\">alleged<\/a>\u00a0the abortion organization was \u201cfounded by a racist, white woman\u201d and has a \u201cpresent steeped in white supremacy.\u201d Additional employees at other affiliates told Buzzfeed News they had\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/former-planned-parenthood-employees-accuse-racism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">witnessed<\/a>\u00a0\u201copen racism,\u201d endured \u201csegregated\u201d offices, and experienced overall unequal treatment of Black and minority employees at multiple Planned Parenthood centers across the country. Planned Parenthood\u2019s \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/CaroleNovielli\/status\/1311294130622996481\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">systemic racism<\/a>\u201d was later acknowledged by\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-racist-affiliates-say\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">multiple affiliates<\/a>.\u00a0An internal audit also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/internal-audit-racism-planned-parenthood-years\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">confirmed<\/a>\u00a0that Planned Parenthood Federation of America has a racism problem.<\/p>\n<p>In 2021, Planned Parenthood <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/seattle-planned-parenthood-affiliate-fires-ceo-racism\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">fired<\/a>\u00a0a CEO in Seattle for accusations of racism. Recently, a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/fingfx.thomsonreuters.com\/gfx\/legaldocs\/gdpzyzzzlvw\/EMPLOYMENT_PLANNEDPARENTHOOD_LAWSUIT_complaint.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0filed by former Planned Parenthood employee Nicole Moore <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-employee-lawsuit-racism-accountability\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged<\/a> that the abortion corporation pretends it doesn\u2019t \u201cenable racism\u201d while \u201cavoiding accountability.\u201d Moore\u2019s\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2022\/10\/19\/us\/planned-parenthood-racism-lawsuit.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleged<\/a>\u00a0that \u201cstructural racism\u201d was &#8220;widespread.&#8221; Her allegations came on the heels of recent\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/look-2020-racism-white-supremacy-abortion-industry\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accusations<\/a>\u00a0which claimed that Planned Parenthood has a \u201csystemic racism\u201d problem.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned Parenthood&#8217;s shoddy &#8220;health care&#8221;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lawsuits surrounding Planned Parenthood reveal that the quality of care they provide is less than stellar.\u00a0A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-abortion-pill-22-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0filed against Planned Parenthood of Southern New England,\u00a0Inc. (PPSNE), a recipient of TitleX funds,\u00a0alleged a PPSNE midwife <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-sued-iud-14-weeks-pregnant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">misdiagnosed<\/a> a pregnancy that resulted in the death of a 22-week-old baby boy after telling the pregnant woman that she had miscarried at six weeks. Another\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-sued-iud-14-weeks-pregnant\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">alleges<\/a>\u00a0PPSNE failed to notice a client was 14 weeks pregnant before inserting an IUD.\u00a0A third\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/civilinquiry.jud.ct.gov\/DocumentInquiry\/DocumentInquiry.aspx?DocumentNo=20161941\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">separate lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0alleges that a PPSNE abortionist left a woman permanently injured.<\/p>\n<p>A separate\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/10\/Kings-Co-501531_2021_JANE_DOE_v_MEERA_SHAH.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a>\u00a0filed against Planned Parenthood Hudson Peconic (PPHP) <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-lawsuit-abortion-pill-30-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">accused<\/a> the organization of miscalculating a woman\u2019s pregnancy so egregiously that she painfully delivered a \u201cfully formed\u201d 30 to 36-week baby boy into a toilet after Planned Parenthood&#8217;s abortionist allegedly told the woman she was just six (6) weeks along, then prescribed her abortion pills. Another <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/woman-sues-planned-parenthood-botched-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">lawsuit<\/a> alleged that\u00a0Planned Parenthood botched a client&#8217;s abortion and abandoned her afterwards, leaving her with weeks of pain and blood loss \u2014 and then, a premature delivery of her baby, who survived for an hour after birth though her mother was told she was stillborn.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Planned Parenthood fails to protect patient confidentiality:<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Below are instances where Planned Parenthood has been careless with patient data, failing to protect the confidentiality of medical records and identifiable personal information:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Planned Parenthood <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/ohio-abortion-facilities-fined-dumping\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bedford Heights<\/a> was\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.operationrescue.org\/archives\/two-ohio-abortion-facilities-fined-for-multiple-violations-of-patient-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ordered to pay<\/a>\u00a0thousands by the Ohio Department of Health (ODH)\u00a0for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/operationrescue.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/Photos-from-RTLNEO-Press-Conference-7-7-2021.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">dumping private patient information<\/a>\u00a0in the trash, along with the remains of aborted children (2022). Planned Parenthood Los Angeles (PPLA) claimed a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/data-breach-planned-parenthood-half-million-patients\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hacking incident<\/a>\u201d\u00a0affected\u00a0409,759 clients (2021). Planned Parenthood of Metropolitan Washington, D.C.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.washingtonpost.com\/dc-md-va\/2021\/04\/16\/data-breach-planned-parenthood-dc\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">revealed<\/a>\u00a0a \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/ocrportal.hhs.gov\/ocr\/breach\/breach_report.jsf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">hacking incident<\/a>\u201d\u00a0affected\u00a0500 Planned Parenthood <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/planned-parenthood-metropolitan-washington-dc\/who-we-are\/reports-financials\/notice-our-patients-regarding-cyber-incident\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">clients<\/a>\u00a0(2021).<\/li>\n<li>Planned Parenthood Great Plains\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/planned-parenthood-great-plains\/newsroom\/important-notification-blackbaud-data-breach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">posted a notice<\/a>\u00a0regarding a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.thenonprofittimes.com\/npt_articles\/the-hack-of-blackbaud-damage-is-still-being-assessed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">security breach<\/a>\u00a0at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.blackbaud.com\/securityincident\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Blackbaud<\/a>, a data management software and cloud computing software\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ago.vermont.gov\/blog\/2020\/11\/09\/planned-parenthood-notice-of-data-breach-to-consumers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">vendor<\/a>\u00a0of Planned Parenthood Federation of America and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.web.maine.gov\/online\/aeviewer\/ME\/40\/2a358b76-9430-4b6d-b9d2-b7c489dd3f47\/fd340b63-cf4b-4ec3-b192-1575f52eeedd\/document.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">several affiliates<\/a>, which \u201ccompromised some donor data\u201d for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20200819044341\/https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/blackbaud-data-breach\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">multiple<\/a>\u00a0Planned Parenthood\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/media.dojmt.gov\/wp-content\/uploads\/ppSamp.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">affiliates<\/a>\u00a0across the nation.\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.doj.nh.gov\/consumer\/security-breaches\/documents\/planned-parenthood-new-england-20201106.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood of Northern New England<\/a>, one of the Title X recipients, was among the affiliates affected by the 2020 Blackbaud\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/apps.web.maine.gov\/online\/aeviewer\/ME\/40\/2a358b76-9430-4b6d-b9d2-b7c489dd3f47.shtml\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">breach<\/a>, which exposed patient data (2020).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/PP-of-the-heartland-2018-OCR-breach_report-6.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood of the Heartland<\/a>\u00a0reported a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/uploads\/filer_public\/49\/f6\/49f6c91f-ef33-421c-8a27-c6dba21bfb6f\/quad_cities_notice.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">privacy breach<\/a> of\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/ocrportal.hhs.gov\/ocr\/breach\/breach_report.jsf;jsessionid=D92B444FC07FA713E855E1AD07EEC7E0\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">515 patients<\/a>\u00a0at its\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/uploads\/filer_public\/49\/f6\/49f6c91f-ef33-421c-8a27-c6dba21bfb6f\/quad_cities_notice.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Bettendorf center<\/a>\u00a0in Iowa (2018).\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.hipaajournal.com\/medstar-health-cardiology-associates-terminates-employee-for-phi-theft-3578\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood of Greater Washington and North Idaho (PPGWNI)<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.plannedparenthood.org\/uploads\/filer_public\/79\/4b\/794b983d-4a90-43a0-9198-cfa864ee78fc\/dubuque_breach_notification.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">notified<\/a>\u00a0patients about a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/breach_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">data security<\/a>\u00a0\u201cerror\u201d involving\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/private-information-planned-parenthood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">10,700 patients<\/a>\u00a0patients (2016).<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/09\/breach_report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood of the Heartland<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kwwl.com\/story\/31860587\/2016\/05\/Sunday\/dubuques-planned-parenthood-is-officially-closed\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">closed<\/a>\u00a0its facility in\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/private-information-planned-parenthood\/\">Dubuque<\/a>, Iowa, and\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.kcrg.com\/content\/news\/Data-breach-for-2500-patients-at-Planned-Parenthood-in-Dubuque-385593421.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">left<\/a>\u00a0thousands of private medical records inside the building for months while the building was being shown and eventually sold.
