In a push for increased access to abortion and contraception on college campuses, Education Secretary Miguel Cardona <\/span>said<\/span><\/a>\u00a0last week that students \u201cneed access to health care to thrive in school and in life, and that includes reproductive health care” \u2014 \u00a0the latter of which is a common term used by abortion advocates to refer to abortion.<\/span><\/p>\n

Cardona\u2019s remarks came during the second meeting of the White House Task Force on Reproductive Access, which President Biden said was created to address the \u201chealthcare crisis\u201d created by the Dobbs<\/em> decision, which overturned Roe v. Wade<\/em>.<\/span><\/p>\n

\u201cAs I share your grave concerns about maintaining access to contraception and reproductive health services on college campuses and ensuring there\u2019s accurate and reliable information for students and educators,\u201d Cardona said. \u201cStudents need access to healthcare to thrive in school and life, and that includes reproductive health care.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n
