It had been developed ahead of time in preparation and anticipation of the Supreme Court&#8217;s ruling in <em>Dobbs v. Jackson Women&#8217;s Health Organization<\/em> overturning <em>Roe v. Wade<\/em> and launched the same day, June 24.<\/p>\n<p>The website, <a href=\"https:\/\/reproductiverights.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">ReproductiveRights.gov<\/a>, tells women and girls that they have a &#8220;right to access abortion&#8221; and warns them that since <em>Roe<\/em> has been overruled, the level of abortion access is going to vary more than before from state to state. It also says the abortion pill is safe (though it&#8217;s been found to be <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/study-abortion-pill-four-times-dangerous-surgical\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">four times more dangerous<\/a> than a first-trimester surgical abortion) and available to be mailed to them at their homes.\u00a0With the development of the new government website, the Biden Administration has made it easier for young girls to access abortion and for predators to find abortion options for their victims.<\/p>\n<p>The site appears to be part of the administration&#8217;s plan to expand abortion in any way possible, as discussed by HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/hhs-secretary-xavier-becerra-announces-options-table-protect-abortion\/\">who said &#8220;all options are on the table&#8221; when it comes to protecting abortion accessibility<\/a>.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">Get accurate and up-to-date information on your right to access reproductive health care at <a href=\"https:\/\/t.co\/LANtmWBNN9\">https:\/\/t.co\/LANtmWBNN9<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&mdash; President Biden (@POTUS) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/POTUS\/status\/1540490720259211264?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">June 25, 2022<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"https:\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/div>\n<p>The site connects women and girls \u2014 and, quite possibly, predatory men \u2014 to resources on how to learn about and access state funding for abortions through Medicaid, and it links to information on abortion funds that will help them pay to kill their preborn children. It also links to legal assistance with navigating any state laws through AbortionFinder.org.<\/p>\n<p>This site, which is funded by Planned Parenthood and the National Abortion Federation, will work to help girls ages <em>15 and under<\/em> find an abortionist near them or determine if they should attempt to access abortion pills via a telehealth visit with an abortionist.<\/p>\n<p>AbortionFinder.org also teaches girls how to obtain a judicial bypass to get an abortion without a parent or guardian finding out and, according to <a href=\"https:\/\/texasrighttolife.com\/biden-admin-coaches-children-how-to-get-an-abortion-with-new-hhs-site\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Texas Right to Life<\/a>, features a &#8220;quick exit&#8221; button so girls can quickly exit the site if a parent walks in the room.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:<\/strong>\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/hhs-secretary-xavier-becerra-announces-options-table-protect-abortion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"><em>HHS Secretary Xavier Becerra announces \u2018all options on table\u2019 to protect abortion<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In addition to aiding in the procurement of abortions, the government website includes information on birth control, including the fact that most health plans are required to offer birth control with no out-of-pocket costs under the Affordable Care Act. Birth control options listed on the site include hormonal methods (that have been\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fathers-daughters-death-birth-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">shown<\/a> to <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/dangers-hormonal-birth-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">come with a number of risks<\/a>),\u00a0\u00a0implanted devices that have at times\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/iud-migrates-horror-woman\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">migrated to different locations<\/a>\u00a0throughout the body, and permanent sterilization.<\/p>\n<p>Though the Supreme Court has determined that no right to abortion exists in the Constitution, Biden promoted the new government website on <a href=\"https:\/\/mobile.twitter.com\/potus\/status\/1540490720259211264\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>, advising followers, &#8220;Get accurate and up-to-date information on our right to access reproductive health care at ReproductiveRights.gov.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>He also recently stoked fears by claiming that U.S. states may soon arrest women who cross state lines for an abortion, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.com\/news\/world-us-canada-62018206\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">saying<\/a>, &#8220;I don&#8217;t think people believe that&#8217;s going to happen.
