A “Night of Rage” promised by pro-abortion terrorist group Jane’s Revenge, though milder than anticipated, involved skirmishes with police. It began shortly after the Supreme Court issued its final opinion in the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization<\/em> case on Friday, overturning the infamous 1973 Roe v. Wade<\/em> abortion decision legalizing abortion throughout the U.S. Jane’s Revenge had called on supporters<\/a> “to\u00a0paint, to burn, to cut, to jam.”<\/p>\n

On May 31, Jane\u2019s Revenge<\/a>\u00a0issued a communique<\/a> calling for violence against pro-life organizations and\u00a0instructing<\/a>\u00a0followers to carry out a \u201cNight of Rage\u201d once the Supreme Court released the Dobbs<\/em> opinion. The message was\u00a0downloaded<\/a>\u00a0by an\u00a0anarchist website<\/a>\u00a0and referred to the overturning of\u00a0Roe as<\/i>\u00a0\u201can event that should inspire rage,\u201d adding the threatening message, \u201cIf abortion isn\u2019t safe, you aren\u2019t either. We are everywhere.\u201d\u00a0On June 17, Jane’s Revenge ‘Night of Rage<\/a>” flyers were plastered around D.C. calling for supporters to riot.<\/p>\n

The morning of June 25, a day after the Court issued its ruling overturning Roe v. Wade<\/em> and Planned Parenthood v. Casey<\/em>, a\u00a0message posted<\/a> to the Jane’s Revenge blog read, “And for the allies of ours who doubt the authenticity of the communiqu\u00e9s and actions: there is a way you can get irrefutable proof that these actions are real. Go do one of your own. You are already one of us. Everyone with the urge to paint, to burn, to cut, to jam: now is the time. Go forth and manifest the things you wish to see. Stay safe, and practice your cursive. \u2014Jane\u2019s Revenge.”\u00a0 It appears to be a shortened version of a previous message<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A tweet<\/a>\u00a0which includes the blog link, published by the Twitter handle Indigenous Action, tells Jane’s Revenge supporters to “[f]ind each other and stay dangerous.<\/span>” A separate tweet<\/a> suggests protesting on July 4. It reads, “I am absolutely disgusted, and we as citizens should be angry. This affects more than just abortions, and it\u2019s NEVER been about the babies. Make July 4th a day of protest not celebration for a pathetic nation. Be loud and fight. <\/span>#JanesRevenge”<\/a><\/span><\/p>\n

Below is an hour-by-hour recap of what was shared on social media on the night of the Dobbs<\/em> decision. Note that Live Action News has not<\/em> independently confirmed every alleged incident as reported, from Friday, June 24 through the morning hours of June 25.<\/p>\n

The day of the decision was relatively peaceful but as darkness ensued, potential followers of Jane’s Revenge began to unleash their anger.<\/p>\n
