It is the last remaining abortion facility in Mississippi, and is at the center of the Supreme Court case <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/pivotal-abortion-case-supreme-court-justices-questions\/\"><i><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Dobbs v Jackson Women\u2019s Health Organization<\/span><\/i><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which concerns Mississippi\u2019s legislation limiting abortion to the first 15 weeks of pregnancy.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Wearing black t-shirts reading \u201cAsk Me My Story\u201d in white letters, the women shared their personal abortion stories on the sidewalk, interacted with women and men entering the facility, and dialogued with facility employees. As a result of these conversations, four women canceled their abortion appointments and one employee committed to quitting her job at the facility.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Similarly, one of the facility\u2019s escorts started the day by snarling and growling like a dog at the women who came to speak, but ended the day in respectful conversation with one of them. She opened up and shared her own abortion story, and told the women she believed they were sincere as they were leaving, even though she had called them \u201cabortion tourists\u201d that morning.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The event was organized by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/women-men-regret-abortion-strongest-voice-end\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Serena Dyksen<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, founder of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.shefoundhisgrace.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">She Found His Grace<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, an abortion recovery ministry. She explained that when she started her organization, she had a vision of raising up a healed, post-abortive army. Dyksen <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/women-men-regret-abortion-strongest-voice-end\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">believes<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> post-abortive women and men are \u201cthe strongest voice to help end abortion\u201d and the key to a pro-life \u201cculture shift.\u201d It was this vision that guided the planning process for what she described as the \u201cboots on the ground\u201d event outside the Pink House. \u201cIt\u2019s post-abortive, healed voices rising up and taking back the land,\u201d she told Live Action News.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Representatives from a number of pro-life organizations, including <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/theyarenotforgotten.com\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Not Forgotten Ministries<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.arisedaughter.org\/?fbclid=IwAR0I0TQYuk_TwBckCohUwU9yB7NMRZQ4gcZWvBVizvhyazf0l8AIvXw4Ypk\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Arise Daughter<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/facebook.com\/groups\/PostAbortionTransformationHealing\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">PATH<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> (Post-Abortion Transformation &amp; Healing), <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/h3helpline.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">H3Helpline<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, and <\/span><a href=\"http:\/\/journeysofchoice.org\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Journeys of Choice<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, among others, attended and shared their testimonies, which were <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/sdyksen\/videos\/292286839752703\/?d=n\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">livestreamed<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> on Facebook. The stories were as diverse and varied as the women themselves. Some women had experienced incest, molestation, and\/or rape; some had multiple abortions; a few had spent years as abortion advocates before joining the pro-life movement \u2013 one had even worked as a nurse at Planned Parenthood.
