Just as Planned Parenthood rallies to change the language of the abortion lobby in a futile effort to rekindle the nation\u2019s dying flame of passion for their movement, some recent media stories show positive portrayals of pro-life values. Several surprisingly pro-life stories have been emerging from unlikely sources in the media, and just this week one such story made its debut on the Texas scene.<\/p>\n

We recently saw NBC present an honest portrayal<\/a> of a tragic abortion story on Parenthood<\/i>. Sports Illustrated<\/a> and Parents Magazine<\/a> have each featured beautiful special needs children, offering them the love and attention they deserve. American Idol sent a contestant<\/a> with an outspoken love for her fostered and adopted \u201cmedically complex\u201d siblings to Hollywood. And last week, Houston-based KHOU News reports candidly<\/a> on the touching story of a mom in San Antonio who chose life for her four <\/i>precious children.<\/p>\n

Shontae Minor and Khristian Rohena generously welcomed all four of their babies on Tuesday morning. The quadruplets were conceived naturally without the aid of fertility treatments and <\/i>in spite of their father, a U.S. Army veteran, being presumed sterile by doctors.\u00a0 Minor was encouraged by her physicians to abort half of her babies due to risks associated with carrying multiples. However, she said that, even though this unplanned pregnancy would be difficult, \u201cGod gave me these kids for a reason, so I’m not going to abort.\u201d Except for baby Orion, who was using a feeding tube as of last Tuesday, all four of the babies are healthy. We hope to see more stories like these in the coming months as the tide continues to turn in favor of LIFE.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
