Abortion giant Planned Parenthood\u2019s activist arm, Planned Parenthood Generation Action (PPGA), recently held a fundraiser that purported to raise money for abortions for Texans affected by SB8, the Texas Heartbeat Act. PPGA\u2019s chapter at Cornell University deemed the fundraiser \u201cSex Toys for Texas.\u201d The centerpiece of the fundraiser was a box of adult toys, condoms, and other items. According to the <\/span>Cornell Sun<\/span><\/a>, the adult toys came from a porn site.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

Texas\u2019 law<\/span><\/a>, which went into effect in September, restricts abortions once a preborn child’s heartbeat is detected. In order to avoid legal injunctions against the state, the law made the enforcers of the law the citizens of Texas, rendering the law very difficult to halt in court. Abortion businesses in the state have responded with outrage, and an <\/span>outpouring of cries for cash<\/span><\/a>. The Supreme Court recently declined to block<\/a> enforcement of SB8, while allowing legal challenges to move forward in lower courts, as reported by the <\/span>Washington Post<\/span><\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n
