Their new store, N.C. CO, is located in the Battlefield Mall in Springfield, Missouri. The boutique features a variety of trendy and affordable styles and brands in a wide range of sizes. And Hayle is the public face representing the company.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On July 3, Holly and Hayle posted a video on Facebook inviting people to the opening of the store. Co Facebook page)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">After posting their inspiring photos on social media, Holly said the two went viral and received many encouraging cards in the mail. In an <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.news-leader.com\/story\/news\/2021\/07\/27\/woman-down-syndrome-opens-n-c-co-clothing-store-springfield-battlefield-mall-hayle-hartmann\/7916651002\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">interview<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> with the <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Springfield News-Leader<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, Holly said, \u201cOur mailbox was full of cards,\u201d and \u201cThe community really got behind [Hayle].\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hayle has worked with her mom in their family store, the Nixa Clothing Company, for years. After receiving positive feedback from their community, Holly and Hayle decided to expand their business, leading them to open the store in the Battlefield Mall.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The inspirational mother daughter duo are motivating and encouraging people around the world, showing others with disabilities that no dream is too big. And they are not alone. Nikic\u2019s story inspired Caleb Prewitt, a 14-year-old from Jacksonville, Florida, who <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/down-syndrome-teen-triathlon\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">recently became<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the youngest person with Down syndrome to run a mini-triathlon.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And then there is <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/disabilities-advocate-down-syndrome-publishes-memoir\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">David Egan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a 43-year-old with Down syndrome. He has spent his entire life proving that any dream is attainable, including for those with intellectual disabilities. His latest feat is writing his own memoir, \u201cMore Alike than Different,\u201d an inspiring story of his life, which has been devoted to advocating for himself and others with disabilities.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These stories are just a few out of many.
