UPDATE, 8\/10\/21<\/strong>:\u00a0The Justice Foundation filed The Moral Outcry Petition Brief on July 26, 2021 at the United States Supreme Court regarding the Mississippi abortion case. \u00a0Mr. Parker thanks those who signed the petition, stating, \u00a0“The Lord is raising up a spiritual Army of Justice and\u00a0you are part of it<\/em>. \u00a0The<\/strong>\u00a0goal now is to reach\u00a0a million signatures<\/em>\u00a0before oral arguments begin later this year.<\/strong>\u00a0 Please add your signature at\u00a0TheMoralOutcry.com<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0Let us pray fervently, and believe for victory!\u201d<\/p>\n

5\/27\/21<\/strong>: Since the Supreme Court has agreed<\/a> to hear Mississippi\u2019s 15-week abortion ban,\u00a0The Justice Foundation<\/a>\u00a0will be filing a Moral Outcry\u00a0Amicus Curaie\u00a0<\/i>of Melinda Thybault, Founder of The Moral Outcry Petition, and over 500,000 signers of the petition in this case.<\/p>\n

MORE signatures are earnestly desired!\u00a0\u00a0Signatures must be received no later than July 4, 2021.<\/p>\n

“When The Justice Foundation files this next\u00a0Amicus Curiae<\/i>\u00a0Brief on the merits in the Mississippi late-term abortion case, we will have over 500,000+ Signers on the Brief,” said\u00a0Allan Parker<\/a>, President of The Justice Foundation. “The Moral Outcry Petition, lists the five legally defensible, publicly persuadable, truthful reasons by which the Supreme Court and America could be convinced to support the reversal of\u00a0Roe v. Wade<\/i>.”<\/p>\n

The Moral Outcry Petition has the endorsement<\/a> and support of 72 National Christian Leaders.<\/p>\n

Parker states, “With six justices on the Court who believe that\u00a0Roe v. Wade<\/i>\u00a0was wrongly decided, there has never been as great an opportunity as now.”<\/p>\n

He continued, \u201cThis petition will demonstrate that Americans know that Abortion is a Crime Against Humanity and can never be accepted by a just society.\u00a0 The petition correctly identifies abortion as ‘A Crime Against Humanity’.”<\/p>\n

He further states, “All Americans can and should join this petition to the Supreme Court created by The Justice Foundation for you and others. It is a right of citizens to petition their government for redress of grievances.”<\/p>\n

When signing the petition, a person\u2019s name — and no other data — will be included in briefs at the Supreme Court.\u00a0 This is your opportunity to let the Court know that you do not accept abortion.<\/p>\n

\u201cThese Briefs will be due in approximately 50 days,” explained Parker. “Please pray for The Justice Foundation as we prepare these Briefs. Pray for the Supreme Court. Pray that justice will be achieved in America.”<\/p>\n
