\"christmas-carol\"The Pro-Life Action League will hold its annual \u201cEmpty Manger\u201d Christmas Caroling Day<\/a> in Chicago and in the western suburbs. The event takes place in front of abortion clinics. This year will mark the event\u2019s tenth anniversary on December 22, 2012. Some 130 carolers participated in 2011.<\/p>\n

On December 22, carolers in two groups will visit five abortion clinics in Chicago and four in DuPage County. Other groups will participate around the country. Carolers at each facility will gather around an empty manger. The manger symbolizes the hope of new life and the emptiness left after an abortion.<\/p>\n
