But there is a very real part of the Black history narrative that most people \u2014 including people in the Black community \u2014 do not know: the Civil Rights Movement was pro-life, and the battle for so-called \u201cabortion rights\u201d has always been a red herring for racism. However,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.issues4life.org\/ourfounder.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Rev. Walter B. Hoye II<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, founder of the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.issues4life.org\/index.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Issues4Life Foundation<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, knows the truth, and he is not afraid to speak it, no matter the consequences.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cYou\u2019ve got to understand that the first two pro-life groups in America were Black,\u201d Hoye stated in an interview with Live Action News. \u201cThe Nation of Islam \u2026 [and] the Black Panthers were pro-life, too. In the middle of the 60\u2019s \u2026 all of us knew that Planned Parenthood was just a racist dog.\u201d Hoye pointed out that in 1965,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.truthpr.com\/in-169-years-the-total-black-fertility-rate-dropped-77-there-is-such-a-thing-as-too-late\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Cecil Moore<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, then-president of the NAACP, said: <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-suspicion-black-genocide\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Planned Parenthood\u2019s plan<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> is replete with everything to help the Negroes commit race suicide<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.\u201d <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoye<\/span> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">added:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We\u2019ve always known what abortion is and what abortion does. Always. And what we\u2019ve done as a people \u2014 it\u2019s us, it\u2019s not white folk, it\u2019s us \u2014 we sold out. We\u2019ve sold our civil rights legacy\u2026 we\u2019ve said publicly that \u201ca woman\u2019s right to choose\u201d is a civil right. Can you imagine abortion existing if it wasn\u2019t considered a civil right? No way. And in order for [abortion] to be [considered a civil right], we have to confirm it.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But \u201cselling out\u201d has not enriched the Black community\u2014on the contrary, it has decimated it.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/CFZDhM5Gwhk\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/black-history-month-exposes-21st-century-genocide\/\">This Black History Month, watch the film that exposes 21st century Black genocide<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIn order for any demographic to continue to exist, the replacement level is 2.1,\u201d Hoye told Live Action News. Hoye is referring to the<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.measureevaluation.org\/prh\/rh_indicators\/family-planning\/fertility\/total-fertility-rate\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">total fertility rate<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. In order for the Black community to survive, every Black woman of reproductive age must have an average of 2.1 children. In<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.issues4life.org\/pdfs\/20190110-national-vital-statistics-reports-v68-n1.pdf\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">2017<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, the total fertility rate for the Black community was 1.8. The current statistic, according to Hoye, is 1.7. \u201cAt this rate,<\/span> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.truthpr.com\/in-169-years-the-total-black-fertility-rate-dropped-77-there-is-such-a-thing-as-too-late\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">by 2050<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> the total Black Fertility Rate will have dropped to 1.3 or lower.\u201d Hoye told Live Action News that at that point, &#8220;<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">There\u2019s no economic model in the world that will let [us] bounce back \u2026 If we don\u2019t stop aborting our children at the rate that we are aborting them now, no more no less, we just keep on doing it \u2026 we\u2019re going to be facing irreversibility.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoye emphasized that he believes the Black community has voluntarily pushed a self-destruct button constructed by eugenicists:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Whether we want to admit it or not, we\u2019re killing ourselves \u2014 again, we\u2019re responsible \u2026 When you look at all these problems with abortion, the problem isn\u2019t \u201c<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/5-myths-planned-parenthood-founder-margaret-sanger\/\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Margaret Sanger<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> fooled us.\u201d That\u2019s not the problem. Yeah, there was a<\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/cecile-richards-planned-parenthood-not-serious-disavowing-racist-history\/\"> <span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Negro Project<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2026 and yeah, she paid many of the most influential Black history figures to be a part of that project. They\u2019re listed, and that\u2019s not a secret \u2026 They were getting paid to preach birth control sermons in church. And so, the problem has always been us.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">And according to Hoye, \u201cThere\u2019s no problem in Black America today that\u2019s more serious.\u201d He continued:\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our theme for the Issues4Life Foundation is this: without life, <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nothing<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> matters. You can have a family waiting on you. You can have a job waiting on you. You can have an education waiting on you. You can have a just society waiting on you. But if you can\u2019t get out of the womb, nothing\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">nothing\u2014<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">matters.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">But how do we solve this problem? According to Hoye, simply passing laws will not do the trick:<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As long as a business has customers, it\u2019s gonna stay in business. It can be illegal all day all night, but as long as they\u2019ve got customers, it\u2019s gonna keep going. The abortion industry has customers. And the #1 customers are Black Americans. So, as long as Black Americans are involved, they\u2019re gonna stay in business.<\/span><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>WATCH: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/black-pro-life-leader-abortion-womb-lynching\/\">Black pro-life leader says aborting Black babies is \u2018womb lynching\u2019<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The Issues4Life Foundation therefore employs a different strategy. Their goal is to stop the flow of customers to Planned Parenthood\u2019s slaughterhouses. Issues4Life concentrates on informing Black leaders \u2014 the people who can most effectively communicate the pro-life message to the community at large and inspire them to act upon it. And the foundation does it not in large crowds, but by investing effort into converting one soul at a time.\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">These pastors and leaders, he says, then go back to their churches and spread the pro-life message to their congregations.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThere\u2019s always going to be some that get it, but they need help,\u201d Hoye told Live Action News. \u201cThey\u2019re living in an environment that is toxic to the pro-life message. Satan is real. And it will cost them everything in order to step out, and they may not be ready for that.\u201d Issues4Life gives them the resources they need to be pro-life and keep their livelihoods.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hoye says there is nothing new about his ideas \u2014 he simply took them from the example of Jesus. \u201cOur strategies at the Issues4Life Foundation are strategies that are time-tested. They\u2019re Biblical models. So, God is blessing us, because \u2026 we\u2019re doing what He said to do.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Learn more about Rev.
