Anthony List, hailed the bills\u2019 advancement. \u201cMontana is finally on track to become the 24th state to stop gruesome late-term abortions after five months, a point by which unborn babies feel pain inside the womb,\u201d she said, according to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.sba-list.org\/newsroom\/press-releases\/montana-house-advances-four-pro-life-measures-to-the-senate-for-a-vote\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Susan B. Anthony List<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. \u201cLegislators are also moving to protect women and ensure mothers have all the information they need prior to making a decision on abortion.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-research-one-state-very-supportive-abortion\/\">Planned Parenthood\u2019s former research arm claims only ONE state is \u2018very supportive\u2019 of abortion<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Laura Terrill, with Planned Parenthood of Montana, falsely claimed that the bills \u201care not in fact about the health and safety of women, because none of them will actually make the need for abortion go away,\u201d as reported by <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.mtpr.org\/post\/montana-house-approves-four-anti-abortion-bills\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Montana Public Radio<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">. But Pro-life state Rep. Matt Regier framed the legislation as fundamental to Montanans\u2019 values:\u00a0 \u201cEvery once in a while, we get an issue that defines us down to the core of who we are. And I believe that is this issue.&#8221;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the past 16 years, pro-life legislation has failed to become law in Montana in part due to a lack of support from pro-abortion governors. Yet as Pro-Life Helena president Sharon Nason pointed out, according to <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ktvh.com\/news\/pro-life-and-pro-choice-advocates-react-to-new-mt-abortion-legislation\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">KTVH<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, newly elected Governor Greg Gianforte has declared his support for the pro-life movement, and both houses of the legislature have large pro-life majorities.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cSo we\u2019re now hopeful we\u2019re going to have a different outcome than we\u2019ve had
