Well-known late-term abortionist LeRoy Carhart has lost a contract with his third medical waste disposal company in two years.\u00a0Created Equal announced the news<\/a> this week, which they claimed as a victory for Project Weak Link<\/a> \u2014\u00a0an effort to stop disposal companies from doing business with abortionists \u2014\u00a0writing:<\/p>\n

In June 2018, two companies canceled contracts to pick up aborted baby remains from third-trimester abortionist Leroy Carhart. Unfortunately, at that time, Bio-Haz Solutions, Inc. based in Nesquehoning, Pennsylvania, was hired by AbortionClinics.org (ACO), Carhart\u2019s late-term abortion facility located in Bethesda, Maryland.<\/em><\/p>\n

On November 10, 2020, Created Equal confirmed that Bio-Haz<\/a> ceased receiving, transporting, and disposing of late-term aborted baby remains from Carhart\u2019s late-term abortion facility.<\/em><\/p>\n

Operation Rescue also gave some background<\/a> about the revolving door of medical waste haulers.<\/p>\n

In 2018, Biomedical Waste Services cancelled its contract with Carhart’s facility. Shortly after that, Carhart partnered with Biohazard Recovery Systems (BRS), but they made just one pick-up for Carhart before immediately ending their contract.<\/p>\n
