A heartwarming news story out of Oklahoma led to more than 5,000 adoption inquiries for one special little boy.<\/p>\n

In July, news station KFOR-TV<\/a> featured nine-year-old Jordan in its feature segment, “A Place to Call Home.” During his outing with the news crew, Jordan tugged at the heartstrings of people everywhere when he told the station his only wish: to have a family.<\/p>\n

\u201cIf you could go anywhere anywhere in the whole wide world where would it be?\u201d his interviewer asked him.<\/p>\n

\u201cTo an adoption party for a home,\u201d Jordan said. He then told the interviewer that if granted three wishes, he wanted only one: \u00a0to have a family.\u00a0\u201cI would just like to have a family to call mom and dad or just mom or just dad. I don\u2019t really care,\u201d Jordan said.\u00a0\u201cThe reason it\u2019s important is because so I could have some people to talk to anytime I need to,\u201d Jordan said. \u201cI hope one of y\u2019all pick me.\u201d<\/p>\n
