To compare, in the 2016 presidential campaign, Planned Parenthood spent $30 million on advertising for Hillary Clinton.\u00a0The latest ad &#8212; in support of Biden &#8212; features many current issues facing the United States, including racism and abortion. The ad states that Biden is the candidate who &#8220;seeks to help, not punish the most vulnerable&#8221; but Planned Parenthood works daily to violently kill the most vulnerable.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/l_Ov83nHUOM\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/no-test-contact-abortion-covid-works-time\/\">\u2018No test\u2019 abortion isn\u2019t the abortion industry\u2019s response to COVID-19. They planned it years ago.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Covid-19 Pandemic to Promote Abortion<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In an April 28, 2020, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/biden-declares-abortion-essential-covid-19\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">video call<\/a> with Hillary Clinton, Biden stated that he considers access to abortion essential amid the COVID-19 pandemic. &#8220;We need to ensure that women have access to all health services during this crisis&#8230; Abortion is an essential health care service,&#8221; he said. &#8220;It&#8217;s being used as a political wedge right now and it shouldn&#8217;t be.&#8221; In reality, abortion is <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-never-medically-health-care\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">never medically necessary<\/a>. And unlike legitimate health care, abortion deliberately takes the lives of human beings.<\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood has used the COVID-19 crisis to push for dangerous <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/judge-covid-19-abortion-pill-office-visit\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">do-it-yourself<\/a> abortions at home. Under a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/alarming-abortion-pill-ultrasounds-guess\/\">new &#8220;no-test&#8221; abortion pill protocol<\/a> which requires no blood testing, nor confirmation of gestational age, nor a ruling out of ectopic pregnancy, women are at risk of severe complications including <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/no-test-abortion-pill-rh-testing-children\/\">loss of future children<\/a> and death. At least 24 women have died from the abortion pill, and some\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov\/pmc\/articles\/PMC1785176\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research<\/a> has found that the abortion pill results in <em>four times<\/em> the complications of surgical abortion. But with telemedicine abortion and &#8220;no-test&#8221; abortion, Planned Parenthood can continue to profit off of abortions without actually having to actually care for women.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Racism<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood itself has <a href=\"https:\/\/www.maafa21.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">deep racist roots<\/a> that still entangle the abortion corporation in scandal today. In a June 1, 2020, tweet, Planned Parenthood said it is committed to &#8220;[r]eckon publicly with [its] own racist history.&#8221; However, as Carole Novielli <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-reckoning-racist-history\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> for Live Action News, as of June 9, a Planned Parenthood business in New York City was still being referred to as the Margaret Sanger Center, after the corporation&#8217;s founder, a dedicated proponent of eugenics. As of June 22, Planned Parenthood of Arizona was still referring to Sanger as &#8220;a pioneer and founder of the family planning movement in the United States.&#8221; The abortion corporation also awards top donors with a notation in its &#8220;Margaret Sanger Circle.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In June, new accusations of racism <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/racism-planned-parenthood-fires-ceo\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">surfaced<\/a> against Planned Parenthood as current and former employees of Planned Parenthood of Greater New York wrote letters demanding the removal of CEO Laura McQuade. The letters <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-systemic-racism-white-supremacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">referred<\/a> to her as &#8220;toxic&#8221; and &#8220;racist&#8221; and included complaints of &#8220;systemic racism, pay inequity, and lack of upward mobility for Black staff.&#8221; A current employee said, &#8220;PPGNY&#8217;s attempts to present itself as a diverse workplace have been carefully orchestrated and superficial at best.&#8221; Additionally, one letter stated:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Planned Parenthood was founded by a racist, white woman [Margaret Sanger]. That is a part of history that cannot be changed. While efforts have been made to undo some of the harm from institutional racism, many of these issues have worsened under McQuade\u2019s tenure.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Helping to elect a pro-abortion president is high on Planned Parenthood&#8217;s list of priorities.
