As reported by pro-life watchdog group Operation Rescue<\/a>, a woman named in the 2019 deficiency report<\/a> for RHS Planned Parenthood in St. Louis sued the abortion business for damages after she was forced to undergo three<\/em> abortions for the same pregnancy.<\/p>\n

Along with the deficiency report, public court records<\/a> obtained by Operation Rescue show that it was the correct decision for RHS Planned Parenthood to lose its license, thought Missouri Governor Mike Parson has since stated that he will not appeal the Administrative Court ruling allowing the license to be reinstated<\/a> on June 25, 2020.<\/p>\n

According to the records, patient Maureen Peal went to RHS Planned Parenthood on May 26, 2018, for an abortion at 10 weeks and two days gestation. Abortionist Justin Diedrich, who was trained at the controversial UCSF Bixby Center for Global Reproductive Health<\/a>, committed a first-trimester suction abortion without the guidance of an ultrasound and the abortion was determined to have been completed.<\/p>\n
