He advised churches to follow the same rule. Then on Tuesday, it became a <em>crime<\/em> to break that order, even for churches. Meanwhile, <em>no restrictions<\/em>\u00a0appear to have been placed on abortion businesses.<\/p>\n<p>An executive order <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncregister.com\/daily-news\/virginia-governor-makes-attending-church-a-criminal-offense-amid-coronaviru\">handed down<\/a>\u00a0on Tuesday made it a misdemeanor for more than 10 people to be in the same space in Virginia. Executive Order 53 requires that all &#8220;brick-and-mortar business&#8221; not considered essential must limit in-person activity, stating, &#8220;If any such business cannot adhere to the 10-patron limit with proper social distancing requirements, it must close.&#8221; If a business is found to be in violation of the order it &#8220;may be charged with a Class 1 misdemeanor&#8221; which is <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ncregister.com\/daily-news\/virginia-governor-makes-attending-church-a-criminal-offense-amid-coronaviru\">punishable<\/a> by up to one year in jail and a fine of up to $2,500. Churches are included, as the website <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.virginia.gov\/media\/governorvirginiagov\/executive-actions\/EO-53-Temporary-Restrictions-Due-To-Novel-Coronavirus-(COVID-19).pdf\">states<\/a>, &#8220;Places of worship that do conduct in-person services must limit gatherings to 10 people, to comply with the statewide 10-person ban.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/virginia-delegates-walk-out-pastor-prays-preborn\/\">Virginia delegates walk out as pastor prays for protection for preborn children<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti has <a href=\"https:\/\/abc7.com\/6016844\/\">stated<\/a>\u00a0that the government can&#8217;t legally force churches to close but they are asking them to voluntarily shut down or limit services. However, Northam is essentially ordering churches to limit services to 10 people or face serious consequences.\u00a0While closing down businesses and keeping people at safe distances from each other is necessary during a global pandemic like this one, Virginia<em> is allowing abortion businesses to remain open<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>On Wednesday, Northam <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/special-treatment-states-abortion-facilities-open-pandemic\/\">issued<\/a> another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.governor.virginia.gov\/newsroom\/all-releases\/2020\/march\/headline-855474-en.html\">order<\/a> that &#8220;directed all hospitals to stop performing elective surgeries or procedures to help conserve supplies of personal protective equipment&#8230;.&#8221; Excluded from the order are &#8220;family planning services and procedures.&#8221; Abortion is not essential health care, but based on this order, Northam believes it is, to the point that he is willing to allow elective abortions to continue during the pandemic. Abortion businesses in the state will use critical and dwindling supplies desperately needed by emergency workers on the front lines of Covid-19, so they can end the lives of innocent preborn humans beings for profit.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/yIiTGFdT4IM\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Freedom of religion and the right to bear arms are constitutionally protected, yet are facing unprecedented restrictions in the United States in response to the pandemic. Abortion advocates claim abortion is a constitutional right as well (it&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/pro-life-replies-abortion-constitutional-right\/\">not<\/a>), but abortion on demand &#8212;\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=yIiTGFdT4IM\">legalized<\/a> through the lies, manipulation, and nonsense leading up to the Supreme Court decision of\u00a0<em>Roe v. Wade &#8212;<\/em> is being protected during a global crisis. Why?<\/p>\n<p>Abortion is <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-never-medically-health-care\/\">never medically necessary<\/a>, and over <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/30000-physicians-statement-elective-abortion-covid-19\/\">30,000 doctors<\/a> have objected to elective abortions continuing while the country struggles to deal with the pandemic.\u00a0Abortion is not an essential service at any point in time (nevermind during a global pandemic), yet its purveyors are being given special treatment in Virginia.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5TmomK2RB2A\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>While every other business in the state, including Virginia&#8217;s churches, are making sacrifices in order to <em>protect<\/em> the people in our society at high risk from\u00a0COVID-19, and emergency doctors have resorted to makeshift protective gear, abortion businesses in Virginia are being given a free pass to <em>profit<\/em> from the exploitation of women and the purposeful killing of the most vulnerable: our preborn children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/liveactionnewsonline\/\">\u201cLike\u201d Live Action News on Facebook<\/a>\u00a0for more pro-life news and commentary!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On Monday, Virginia Governor Ralph Northam ordered all retail stores in the state to restrict in-person customers to 10 at a time amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
