“Follow the money.” This well-known saying definitely applies to studies done by the abortion industry and funded by abortion power players, which claim that\u00a0abortion is perfectly safe<\/a>. Currently, there are no federal requirements<\/em> to report abortion complications — yet abortion advocates misleadingly point to\u00a0a National Academies of Sciences, Engineering and Medicine (NASEM) report<\/a> from\u00a02018 , which claims abortion is safe and effective.\u00a0The report was sponsored in part by foundations with possible profit motives (a huge conflict of interest), namely Warren Buffett<\/a>\u00a0(the Buffett Foundation) and the\u00a0Packard Foundation,<\/a>\u00a0which seeded the start-up of the abortion pill manufacturer\u00a0DANCO Laboratories, LLC<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In addition, one of the study \u201creviewers<\/a>\u201d of the\u00a0report<\/a>\u00a0was Dr. Daniel Grossman<\/a>, a well-known\u00a0abortion trainer<\/a>\u00a0pushing to expand self-managed (at-home) abortions. Grossman is\u00a0leading<\/a>\u00a0the charge to get rid of the Food and Drug Administration\u2019s safety protocols on the abortion pill.<\/p>\n

Abortion advocates often fail to mention that this report was\u00a0funded by abortion collaborators and organizations behind abortion expansion efforts<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to 990 tax records filed online, the\u00a0JPB Foundation,<\/a>\u00a0which Forbes once\u00a0called<\/a>\u00a0\u201cone of the top 40 foundations by asset size in the nation,\u201d has contributed millions<\/a> to Planned Parenthood in the past few years, making them\u00a0one<\/a>\u00a0of the\u00a0largest donors<\/a>\u00a0to the\u00a0abortion<\/a>\u00a0corporation:<\/p>\n
