(Life Site News<\/a>)\u00a0After Michelle Williams used her award acceptance speech to promote abortion at the Golden Globes on Sunday, a Catholic model in labor took the time to record an Instagram video<\/a> challenging Williams\u2019 statement that abortion was integral to her success as an actress.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m here getting ready to deliver my fifth baby,\u201d said Leah Darrow, a former contestant on America\u2019s Next Top Model<\/em>, from her hospital bed. \u201cAnd I want to let all you women know, all you young ladies who haven\u2019t had babies or are maybe listening to what the culture says about birth, and women, and babies, and choice.\u201d<\/p>\n

\u201cBabies don\u2019t keep us from our dreams,\u201d she declared.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m getting ready to deliver a baby that will not keep me from my professional growth, but will make me better because of it,\u201d she continued. \u201cAnd I\u2019m so honored and excited, and I can\u2019t wait to have this baby.\u201d<\/p>\n

Well, this for sure wasn\u2019t planned but I felt called to share so here\u2019s the truth… New life never keeps us from our dreams. One of the cruelest lies that the Devil tells women is that we aren\u2019t brave or strong enough to do what God invites us into when we bring life into the world. New life is always a gift. And I\u2019m humbled that I get to receive this new life AND live out the *abundant* life the Lord created me for. Please share this message with the ladies in your life because women deserve a better narrative than what the culture gives us. We deserve to believe that life really *can* be this good, and that receiving new life is always, always, always pure gift. I\u2019m lifting you up through this labor and please pray for me!!
