It goes like this: It is wrong to intentionally kill an innocent human being; abortion intentionally kills an innocent human being; therefore, abortion is wrong.<\/p>\n<p>An article in the abortion sympathizing <a href=\"https:\/\/www.themarysue.com\/abortion-delay-later-abortion-ban-obvious-scheme-cmon\/\">Mary Sue<\/a> claimed pro-life people who oppose late-term abortions are the ones who actually cause late term abortions because they support restrictions on earlier abortions, when many women do not even know they are pregnant. It was claimed that women who find out they are pregnant later are \u201cforced\u201d to seek late term abortions due to restrictive pro-life policies. It is important to remember pro-life individuals are not against women making choices. We are not against women\u2019s health. \u00a0We are simply against killing innocent human beings which is precisely what abortion is doing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortionist-pro-choice-support-late-term-abortion\/\">Abortionist: You aren\u2019t \u2018pro-choice\u2019 if you don\u2019t support late-term abortion<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>If we took this article and inserted toddler wherever they are referring to the preborn, we would so clearly see how the humanity of the preborn is ignored. The the pro-choice person has assumed precisely what they need prove. They just assume the preborn child is not one of us. They assume preborn children are disposable and can be killed. That discussing their humanity is irrelevant. They are wrong.<\/p>\n<p>Whether or not abortion is right or wrong hinges on one question: \u201cwhat is the preborn?\u201d The author in this article refers to the preborn as \u201cfertilized eggs\u201d and fetuses with the attitude that these terms clearly show the preborn are just cells that should have no rights. First of all, a fertilized egg does not exist. It is a misnomer. When <a href=\"https:\/\/www.princeton.edu\/~prolife\/articles\/embryoquotes2.html\">fertilization<\/a> occurs, egg and sperm cease to exist and what comes into existence is a one-celled embryo (<em>i.e.<\/em>, a zygote).<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/bHe8YGPGzj4\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Second, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.merriam-webster.com\/dictionary\/fetus\">fetus<\/a> is a Latin term meaning offspring. It is used to denote a certain level of development in a human\u2019s life, like infant, toddler, adolescent, teenager, and adult refer to different stages of life.<\/p>\n<p>The pro-life position is inclusive to all human beings\u2013no matter their size, level of development, race, color, sex, ethnic heritage, etc. Pro-lifers believe all human beings are valuable with a right to not be unjustly and violently killed.<\/p>\n<p>Time and again, pro-abortion advocates claim to be for women\u2019s rights and claim to fight for the value of human beings while they explicitly demand that some women should have the right to kill other humans, some of which are fellow women.<\/p>\n<p>We have a moral duty as human beings to not kill each other. As humans, we recognize this obligation towards each other. It is in our very nature. When we see a child unattended in a busy street in danger of being hit by a car, anyone with a conscience would go over and help that child get to safety. We are made to love others, protect them, serve them, and to help them \u2014 not exploit them and kill them when they become temporarily inconvenient to us.<\/p>\n<p>The pro-choice position is discriminatory and violent. It has an arbitrary standard for human value. Simply being human is not enough. You have to be human plus something else. And that something else changes depending on what pro-choice person you are talking to. Their view of the human person results in savage inequality endangering all our lives in the process.
