He faces felony counts of first-degree murder, first-degree burglary, assault with a firearm, and inflicting injury on a spouse or cohabitant.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<\/strong><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/man-murder-forcing-abortion-gunpoint\/\">Man charged with murder for forcing pregnant girlfriend to take abortion pills at gunpoint<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>NBC affiliate KGET\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.kget.com\/news\/local-news\/take-these-pills-or-im-going-to-kill-you-man-told-12-weeks-pregnant-ex-in-forcing-miscarriage-reports\/\">adds<\/a>\u00a0that the woman, who had been 12 weeks pregnant at the time, had broken up with Sandhu three weeks earlier over his insistence that she get an abortion. She says he told her \u201ctake these pills or I\u2019m going to kill you,\u201d forcing her to take at least 11 pills.<\/p>\n<p>Yet the word \u201cabortion\u201d does not appear at all in the NBC News story, and\u00a0The Blaze\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theblaze.com\/news\/media_abortion_crime_miscarriage\">reports<\/a>\u00a0that several pro-life observers have taken issue with the network\u2019s repeated use of \u201cmiscarriage\u201d instead.<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\">\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-width=\"550\" data-dnt=\"true\">\n<p lang=\"en\" dir=\"ltr\">This isn\u2019t \u201cinducing a miscarriage.\u201d This is forcing a woman to have an abortion. Miscarriages are the unintentional loss of life of a fetus. Abortion is the intentional killing of a fetus.
