(LifeSiteNews<\/a>) \u2013 Despite the mainstream media\u2019s insistence that infanticide is a myth, there are abundant firsthand accounts of nurses who say they personally witnessed infants deliberately left to die by hospital staff for no other reason than the fact that their mothers didn\u2019t want them.<\/p>\n

Jill Stanek, a former nurse and prominent pro-life blogger who is now with the Susan B. Anthony List, appeared on\u00a0last week\u2019s episode<\/a>\u00a0of\u00a0The Van Maren Show<\/em>\u00a0to discuss the problem of infanticide, from her personal experiences in Illinois to the experiences of other nurses and the broader political battle. During the interview, she relayed several particularly horrifying stories.<\/p>\n

Stanek relayed some of the experiences of Alison Baker, another nurse who has\u00a0testified before Congress<\/a>\u00a0about infanticide. \u201cShe said she herself inherited a patient one time who had just delivered a baby alive,\u201d Stanek said. \u201cAnd the baby was in the soiled utility room because she didn’t want anything to do with him. And so Allison still had to care for two patients. And she would go into the mom’s room and the mom would say to her, \u2018Is he dead yet?\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n
