Carhart\u2019s choice of desk placards is disturbing. The placard reads, \u201cEven on my Worst Days, I\u2019m Killing It.\u201d<\/p>\n<div class=\"video-container\">\n<div id=\"fb-root\"><\/div>\n<p><script async=\"1\" defer=\"1\" crossorigin=\"anonymous\" src=\"https:\/\/connect.facebook.net\/en_US\/sdk.js#xfbml=1&amp;version=v5.0\"><\/script><\/p>\n<div class=\"fb-post\" data-href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/abbyjohnsonprolife\/photos\/a.671232512886825\/2786933997983322\/?type=3&amp;theater\" data-width=\"750\">\n<blockquote cite=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/abbyjohnsonprolife\/photos\/a.671232512886825\/2786933997983322\/?type=3\" class=\"fb-xfbml-parse-ignore\">\n<p>This is the abortion doctor, Leroy Carhart. He has killed tens of thousands of babies in his lifetime, including those&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>Posted by <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/abbyjohnsonprolife\/\">Abby Johnson: ProWoman, ProChild, ProLife<\/a> on&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/abbyjohnsonprolife\/photos\/a.671232512886825\/2786933997983322\/?type=3\">Saturday, November 2, 2019<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<p>Carhart, who does abortions in all three trimesters, openly admitted in a recent interview with the BBC that he kills &#8220;babies.&#8221; The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bbc.co.uk\/iplayer\/episode\/m00071k9\/panorama-americas-abortion-war?fbclid=IwAR1OX5JybUY9H6LfFZ5rabtbEnJSlK2owZ0oDuEnNVCDqgNLw8M4U7N3lks\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interview aired<\/a> on July 22, 2019. Interviewer Hilary Andersson appeared visibly shocked by his admission:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Carhart: \u00a0The baby has no input in this, as far as I\u2019m concerned.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Hilary Andersson: But it\u2019s interesting that you use the word baby because a lot of abortionists won\u2019t use that\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Carhart: I- I think that it is a baby and I tell our- I use it with the patients.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Hilary Andersson: And you don\u2019t have a problem with killing a baby?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Carhart: I have no problem if it\u2019s in the mother\u2019s uterus.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carhart does, indeed, use the word \u201cbaby\u201d with his patients.<\/p>\n<p>In a Live Action undercover video, an investigator who was 26 weeks pregnant went into Carhart\u2019s abortion facility in Germantown. She claimed to be seeking an abortion, and secretly filmed the conversations she had with Carhart and abortion facility staff.<\/p>\n<p>At 26 weeks, the woman would be having an abortion by induction. As former abortionist Anthony Levatino explains, this type of abortion is done by injecting the baby with digoxin to kill the child, then inducing labor three days later.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/r5Af8vIym2o\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carhart describes the procedure:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: &#8230;OK, so, and the baby-<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: Will come through [the birth canal], it\u2019ll compress down and come through that because it\u2019s not alive\u2026 Just\u2013it\u2019s\u2013gets soft, like mushy, so you\u2013you push it through.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: So what makes the baby mushy?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: The fact that it\u2019s not alive, for two or three days.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: Oh, so I\u2019ll have a dead baby in me?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: For 3 days, yeah.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: Will it start to decay or something?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: No.\u2026 Not, it\u2019s very, very minimal if it does, because there\u2019s no bacteria there\u2026. So it\u2019s like putting meat in a Crock-Pot, OK, it doesn\u2019t get, it doesn\u2019t get broke, but it just gets softer, it doesn\u2019t get infected or<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: OK, so the dead baby in me is like\u2013<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: It\u2019s just\u2013<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: \u2013like meat in a Crock-Pot.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: Pretty much, yeah, kinda much\u2026.In a slow cooker&#8230;.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/one-abortionist-two-states-and-seven-victims-leroy-carharts-bloodtrail\/\">One abortionist, two states, and seven victims: LeRoy Carhart\u2019s bloodtrail<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/GIlYXmG287g\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Carhart seems comfortable with the term \u201cbaby.\u201d \u00a0A few sentences later, he uses it himself:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: \u2026 [Y]ou stick it in like the head?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: No, in the tummy, in the chest, somewhere in the baby. Or if we can, even if we put it in the amniotic fluid, eventually it gets into the baby, it will work wherever, but it takes longer so we get like one less day of the fetal, the baby not being alive.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carhart then discusses how long it takes for the child to die:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: &#8230;OK, so is that on the first day, there are 2 shots, and that is what kills the baby&#8230;. And then will it, will it take very long to\u2013to die?<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: It, most of the time it takes about an hour and a half to two hours&#8230; Sometimes if we get a lot of it into the circulation it\u2019ll be 10, 15, 20 minutes, but that\u2019s very, very rare.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>The woman asks if she will feel the baby thrashing around as he or she dies, and Carhart tells her &#8220;actually, the medicine that we give you puts it to sleep, where there are no, we won\u2019t even see fetal movement when we do anything.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Carhart is implying that the child will not feel any pain due to the anesthesia given to the mother. But then-president of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA)\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nrlc.org\/archive\/abortion\/pba\/pbafact5.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">testified<\/a> before a Senate Committee during a hearing on the partial birth abortion ban in 1997:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Drugs administered to the mother, either local anesthesia administered in the paracervical area or sedatives\/analgesics administered intramuscularly or intravenously, will provide little-to-no analgesia [pain relief] to the fetus.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Other <a href=\"https:\/\/play.google.com\/books\/reader?id=uccnAAAAMAAJ&amp;printsec=frontcover&amp;pg=GBS.PP1\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">testimony<\/a> in the case revealed that a level of anesthesia that would fully sedate or kill the baby would harm the mother. If anesthesia is given similarly today, the baby would feel pain.<\/p>\n<p>The woman then asks what Carhart will do if the child doesn&#8217;t come out, and he answers:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: We\u2019d take it out in pieces.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: &#8230;.What do you use to break it up? Just &#8211;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: A whole bunch of, you know &#8211;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Woman: You\u2019ve got a toolkit.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr. Carhart: (laughs) A pickaxe, a drill bit, yeah&#8230;No, there\u2019s all, there\u2019s just instruments that have been developed.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Carhart jokes about dismembering third trimester babies with a &#8220;pickaxe&#8221; and &#8220;drill bit.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>All of this indicates that when Carhart puts a sign on his desk saying, &#8220;I&#8217;m killing it,&#8221; he means it quite literally.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/liveactionnewsonline\/\">\u201cLike\u201d Live Action News on Facebook<\/a>\u00a0for more pro-life news and commentary!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A photo has emerged of abortionist LeRoy Carhart and his staff celebrating his 78th birthday in his abortion facility.
