They say that patient&#8217;s privacy is of the utmost importance at Pro-Choice Medical Center &#8212; even for teenage patients, because California doesn&#8217;t have a parental notification law. Seletz is known as the &#8220;Abortionist to the Stars.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_57268\" style=\"width: 263px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-57268\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-57268\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/18weeks.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"253\" height=\"255\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/18weeks.jpg 253w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/12\/18weeks-150x150.jpg 150w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 253px) 100vw, 253px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-57268\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">18 weeks<\/p><\/div>\n<p>According to a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.operationrescue.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/10\/seletz-patient-care-report.pdf\">report<\/a> obtained by Operation Rescue, the 39-year-old woman was found by the emergency workers on the surgical table in a pool of blood when the facility called for help about an hour after the abortion. She had undergone a dismemberment abortion on her twin babies who were 18 weeks gestation and capable of <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/doctors-testify-preborn-humans-respond-pain-early-8-weeks\/\">feeling<\/a> pain, according to research. Her babies were not so lucky. At 18 weeks they had fingerprints, were able to hear their mother&#8217;s voice, and were just a few weeks shy of being able to survive outside the womb. Still, it is completely legal to brutally dismember them.<\/p>\n<p>In July 2018, two <a href=\"https:\/\/abortion911.com\/newly-unredacted-911-info-shows-two-late-term-abortion-patients-suffered-potentially-fatal-complications\/\">women<\/a> who went to Pro-Choice Medical Center for late-term abortions suffered potentially life-threatening complications just days apart. The first suffered from Disseminated Intravascular Coagulation, or DIC, and her blood formed clots that can act to disrupt blood flow to organs. It was likely caused by abortion-related infection, inflammation, or trauma to her internal organs, according to Operation Rescue.<\/p>\n<p>The second injury of July 2018 involved a patient who was said to be &#8220;oozing&#8221; blood for about seven hours. Her abortion was committed at noon but EMS wasn&#8217;t called until 6:36 p.m. She also suffered from DIC and was transported to the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>According to Operation Rescue, most passersby won&#8217;t even notice that there is a late-term abortion facility amidst the restaurants and even a children&#8217;s museum on the street where this upscale facility is located. There are no signs or logos to draw attention to the fact that babies are being dismembered inside the walls. There are also no pro-life activists present.
