In the video, Lantzy describes how the experience affected her life before she finally found healing in the understanding of what abortion is and the forgiveness God offers.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/R-wuwnqL94g\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Lantzy and her boyfriend sought abortion when she unexpectedly became pregnant after graduating from high school and becoming estranged from her family by choice. She explained, \u201cAt the time, we were under the impression that it wasn\u2019t a life. We were just trying to hurry up and get it done.\u201d Without support from her family and in a situation of instability, Lantzy thought her only option was abortion.<\/p>\n<p>Following the abortion, Lantzy said, \u201cI wanted to get on with my life, but it was something that was always there, like a dark cloud over my life.\u201d As newspapers and magazines began to cover emerging findings in prenatal development, Lantzy encountered images of babies at about 11 weeks, the gestational age at which her child was aborted. Former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levation explains in the video below how a preborn child is aborted at 11 weeks gestation through an aspiration (or D&amp;C) abortion.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">\u00a0<iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5THDmys8z30\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/chilli-tlc-shares-story-abortion-regret-broke-spirit\/\"><em><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">TLC band member Chilli shares her story of abortion regret: \u2018It broke my spirit\u2019<\/span><\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThat\u2019s when it really hit me what I had done, and that\u2019s when I really started to just try to bury it and forget it and not think about it,&#8221; Lantzy explained.<\/p>\n<p>Despite her efforts to suppress the memories of her abortion, in retrospect, it affected every aspect of her life causing anger and eventually depression.<\/p>\n<p>Unexpectedly, it was at a pro-life prayer breakfast when a video depicting what abortion is helped to release Lantzy from her guilt. She said, \u201cEven though I had had an abortion, I didn\u2019t really know what it was.\u201d Encountering the truth, Lantzy found healing and said that in those images she knew that God forgave her for what she had done.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_175600\" style=\"width: 307px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-175600\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-175600\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/nielson-11-weeks.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"297\" height=\"230\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-175600\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Baby Nielson was miscarried at 11 weeks gestation. Photo by Jaelyn Barnes.<\/p><\/div>\n<p>Even though <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abortionprocedures.com\/\">this information is now accessible<\/a> through the internet, Lantzy believes that many people still do not know what abortion is and do not think about the consequences when they seek to end their preborn child\u2019s life.
