The majority of demands are centered on abortion rights, LGBTQ+ rights and so-called &#8220;gender equality.&#8221;\u00a0 It suggests eliminating <em>practically every pro-life protection ever enacted<\/em> and contains pages of new and dangerous pro-abortion legislation to replace them.<\/p>\n<p>The demands can be summarized in part as follows:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Taxpayers will fully fund abortion, regardless of an individual&#8217;s ability to pay for the abortion.<\/li>\n<li>Taxpayer funding of abortion will be expanded globally, including &#8220;$1.66 billion for international family planning and reproductive health programs, including $111 million for UNFPA.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>The repeal of the Hyde Amendment, the Helms amendment, and the Weldon Amendment.<\/li>\n<li>The expansion of abortion by promoting &#8220;self-managed&#8221; abortion (abortion pill).<\/li>\n<li>To require HHS to publish materials\u00a0which &#8220;include information about how self-managed abortion with pills works.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Taxpayer-funded expansion of the pool of abortionists with &#8220;financial incentives&#8221; as well as the\u00a0creation of &#8220;a Reproductive Health Care Provider Service Corps,&#8221; which would &#8220;offer loan forgiveness, and provide resources on how to manage the pressures of providing reproductive health care.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Lift parental consent laws on abortion.<\/li>\n<li>End abstinence-based sex-education.<\/li>\n<li>Appoint pro-abortion judges, executive\/administrative heads, and cabinet positions.<\/li>\n<li>Require all insurance plans (including government run plans) to cover abortion without restrictions as well as &#8220;gender-affirming care.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Eliminate the \u201cConscience and Religious Freedom Division\u201d at the Office of Civil Rights (OCR).<\/li>\n<li>Remove conscience objections based on religious beliefs.<\/li>\n<li>Increase Title X funds to $737 million and include abortion in that program again.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<div id=\"attachment_207070\" style=\"width: 660px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-207070\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-207070\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Planned-Parenthood-Blueprint-for-sexual-reproductive-abortion-rights.jpg\" alt=\"Image: Planned Parenthood Blueprint for sexual reproductive abortion rights (Image: Twitter)\" width=\"650\" height=\"470\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Planned-Parenthood-Blueprint-for-sexual-reproductive-abortion-rights.jpg 650w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Planned-Parenthood-Blueprint-for-sexual-reproductive-abortion-rights-300x217.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Planned-Parenthood-Blueprint-for-sexual-reproductive-abortion-rights-500x362.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 650px) 100vw, 650px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-207070\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Planned Parenthood Blueprint for sexual reproductive abortion rights (Image: Twitter)<\/p><\/div>\n<p><strong>The strategy also seeks to normalize abortion by:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Denouncing &#8220;unjust and stigmatizing criminalization of abortion, including those who end their own pregnancies by choosing self managed abortion and send strong messages that however a person chooses to end a pregnancy, they must be able to do so safely and effectively without fear of arrest&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Combating &#8220;inflammatory rhetoric used by anti-abortion individuals&#8230;.&#8221;<\/li>\n<li>Talking &#8220;about abortion care in a way that normalizes it with other health care and destigmatizes those who have abortions and those who provide abortions&#8221;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Live Action News has previously <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-always-making-sure-fewer-people-have-children-heres-proof\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documented<\/a> an earlier blueprint put forth by\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/abortioncorporation\">Planned Parenthood<\/a>\u2018s former medical director <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/1973-video-former-planned-parenthood-eugenicist-president-responds-roe\/\">Alan Guttmacher<\/a>, who went on to become the corporation&#8217;s first physician\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/how-planned-parenthood-abortion-corporation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">president<\/a>.\u00a0Guttmacher was a former VP for the American Eugenics Society and founder of the\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/how-independent-is-guttmacher-from-planned-parenthood\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Guttmacher Institute,<\/a>\u00a0responsible for\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/how-planned-parenthood-abortion-corporation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">leading<\/a> Planned Parenthood to the business of committing abortions. He once\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/1966\/02\/10\/archives\/birth-control-group-offers-plan-for-free-services-for-millions.html\">told the New York Times<\/a>, \u201cThe main goal of our program is not just to limit population, but to give everyone the same opportunity for quality medical care.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>That blueprint came to fruition when the Title X federal\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/nixon-bush-planned-parenthood-family-planning\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">family planning<\/a>\u00a0policy was created, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gao.gov\/products\/GAO-15-270R\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">allocating<\/a>\u00a0tens of millions in tax dollars to Planned Parenthood.
