Baby’s first picture has taken on a whole new meaning thanks to ultrasound machines. Now routinely performed, ultrasounds show parents their children while they are still safe inside the womb. The images can be printed and many parents like to frame them or put them in their baby’s album. Now, some moms are getting creative and carrying their babies’ first pictures around 24\/7 as nail art.<\/p>\n

The new trend has been all over Instagram — precious babies featured proudly on their mothers’ hands for the entire world to see, black and white swirls and strokes forming the profiles of sweet babies. It’s a total celebration of life for these moms. And for some, it’s a way to remember the beloved babies they lost to miscarriage.<\/p>\n
