According to the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.theoaklandpress.com\/news\/copscourts\/pontiac-man-charged-in-death-of-unborn-child-after-allegedly\/article_c2b93b42-1d94-11e9-a959-e7cd09ca11b6.html\">Oakland Press<\/a>, Khalil Arron-Shabzz Ellison, 22, was charged with one count of assaulting a pregnant individual intentionally causing miscarriage or stillbirth in the death of the child.<\/p>\n<p>In the video below is an ultrasound of a six-month-old preborn baby:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/ipV4OYnlMDA\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><span data-mce-type=\"bookmark\" style=\"display: inline-block; width: 0px; overflow: hidden; line-height: 0;\" class=\"mce_SELRES_start\">\ufeff<\/span><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The pregnant woman, 19, called police at 3:30 am on Saturday to report that her brother was assaulting her boyfriend. She also told police that she was six months pregnant and that her boyfriend had kicked her in the stomach during an argument.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I just heard a lady screaming,&#8221; Jawana Milton, a neighbor, told <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fox26houston.com\/news\/man-accused-of-kicking-pregnant-woman-s-stomach-killing-unborn-child\">Fox 2<\/a>. &#8220;I jumped out of my bed and looked out the window, the lady was still screaming and then the police pulled up.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When police arrived, the alleged victim said she was in severe pain and was taken to St. Joseph\u2019s Mercy Hospital where a doctor determined that her baby had died.<\/p>\n<p>Paul Walton, Oakland County assistant prosecutor, told Fox 2, \u201cIt&#8217;s kind of a unique charge situation.\u201d He explained, \u201cThe statute is the death or injury to an unborn fetus.&#8221;<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_195152\" style=\"width: 710px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-195152\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"wp-image-195152 size-large\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county-700x379.jpg\" alt=\"man charged killing preborn baby\" width=\"700\" height=\"379\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county-700x379.jpg 700w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county-500x271.jpg 500w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/01\/khalil-ellison-oakland-county.jpg 1200w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 700px) 100vw, 700px\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-195152\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Khalil Ellison (Oakland Co. These women have.<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>A correspondent for Fox 2 asked, &#8220;Why wouldn&#8217;t you charge this defendant with murder? The fetus died.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Because the legislator has said that this is the appropriate charge for this circumstance,&#8221; Walton said. &#8220;And it is basically a murder conviction.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>A neighbor told Fox 2 that the alleged victim has moved in with her mother and does not want to speak with the media.<\/p>\n<p>Many other pregnant women have suffered <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/never-heard-pro-abortion-violence-these-women-have\/\">extreme violence<\/a> against them and their preborn babies at the hands of domestic partners.
