A glimpse at the Twitter feed of one longtime abortionist reveals that the truth is very different from the propaganda being brought forth:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.abortionprocedures.com\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">abortions<\/a> are being used as birth control, and repeat abortions are not frowned upon by the abortion industry.<\/p>\n<p>Abortionist Diane Horvath-Cosper comments frequently on <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GynAndTonic\/status\/1080311429180329986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter<\/a>\u00a0and commits abortions at Whole Woman&#8217;s Health in Baltimore, Maryland. A <a href=\"https:\/\/wholewomanshealth.com\/trust-women-a-reflection-of-the-work-we-do\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">blog post<\/a> at WWH&#8217;s website reveals that Horvath-Cosper has also worked for a dozen other facilities, including <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/abortioncorporation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood<\/a>, according to the website <a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/clinic\/abortionist\/991302\/diane-horvath-cosper\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AbortionDocs.org<\/a>\u00a0&#8212; so when she reveals why women obtain abortions, she holds a level of credibility.<\/p>\n<p><center><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/XDEb4yMW414\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/center>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>This week, Horvath-Cosper <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GynAndTonic\/status\/1080311429180329986\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">published<\/a> a series of posts on her <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/GynAndTonic\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Twitter page<\/a> that claim two things:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Women use abortion as birth control.<\/li>\n<li>Abortionists do not care if women have multiple abortions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&#8220;One of the dumbest &#8216;arguments&#8217; about <s>#<\/s>abortion: is it or is it not birth control? OF COURSE it\u2019s <s>#<\/s>birthcontrol, because it prevents a birth. It\u2019s definitionally not <s>#<\/s>contraception because conception has already occurred,&#8221; she wrote.\u00a0&#8220;<s>#<\/s>ABORTION IS <s>#<\/s>BIRTHCONTROL, no matter how you personally feel about it. Let\u2019s stop shaming and stigmatizing people for knowing what\u2019s best for their own lives.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortionist-claims-pro-abortion-hospital-discriminating-keeping-off-tv\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Abortionist claims pro-abortion hospital is discriminating by keeping her off TV<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Live Action News previously <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/half-women-abortion-birth-control\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a>\u00a0that the use of birth control does not necessarily prevent abortions:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 25px;\"><em>A\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/article\/2018\/01\/reported-contraceptive-use-month-becoming-pregnant-among-us-abortion-patients-2000?utm_source=Master+List&amp;utm_campaign=af4cea4203-RJONESabortcont_CAMPAIGN_2017_12_28&amp;utm_medium=email&amp;utm_term=0_9ac83dc920-af4cea4203-260667465\">study<\/a>\u00a0published by the Guttmacher Institute, along with a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bpas.org\/about-our-charity\/press-office\/press-releases\/women-cannot-control-fertility-through-contraception-alone-bpas-data-shows-1-in-4-women-having-an-abortion-were-using-most-effective-contraception\/\">study<\/a>\u00a0by the British Pregnancy Advisory Service, found that more\u00a0than half of the women who seek abortion\u00a0reported using birth control during the same month they got pregnant. The Guttmacher findings, published on January 8, 2018, state that in 2014, 51 percent of the women who sought abortion were using birth control. She writes, &#8220;And I don\u2019t much care if someone has one <s>#<\/s>abortion or three or twelve. That person deserves compassionate care EVERY. SINGLE. TIME. No matter how many times. No matter what other people think about their decision-making.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Live Action News previously <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/half-american-women-abortion-repeat\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">documented<\/a> that half of women who have an abortion have had at least one prior abortion already. The information came from a <a href=\"https:\/\/tarahealthfoundation.org\/report-release-us-reproductive-health-investment-case\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a> published by the <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/abortion-groups-plan-increase-demand\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">TARA Health Foundation<\/a>. TARA\u2019S philanthropy was recently used to <a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/PDA3_ez5bCI\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">prop up<\/a> Whole Woman\u2019s Health (WWH), where Horvath-Cosper works.<\/p>\n<p>Repeat abortions are also believed to be a direct result of taxpayer funding.<\/p>\n<p>Live Action News <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/surprise-guttmacher-survey-shows-women-get-taxpayer-funded-abortions-may-abortions\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reported<\/a> about another <a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/article\/2017\/08\/which-abortion-patients-have-had-prior-abortion-findings-2014-us-abortion-patient\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">survey<\/a>,\u00a0which\u00a0asked &#8220;a national sample of 8,380 women how many prior abortions they had.&#8221; The <a href=\"http:\/\/online.liebertpub.com\/doi\/full\/10.1089\/jwh.2017.6410\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">report<\/a>\u00a0found that slightly less than half of post-abortive women (44.8%) had not undergone just one procedure. They also found that taxpayer funding played a significant role in repeat abortions,\u00a0as \u201c[p]atients who paid for their abortion procedure with their own funds were less likely to have had a prior abortion than those who used health insurance or received financial assistance.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Live Action News also\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/half-abortions-medicaid-taxpayer\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">noted<\/a>\u00a0that more than half of abortions in Medicaid-coverage states are taxpayer funded.<\/p>\n<p><strong>READ: <em><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/writer-says-she-used-several-abortions-as-her-form-of-birth-control-because-actual-birth-control-made-her-sick\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Writer says she used \u2018several abortions\u2019 as birth control because contraception made her sick<\/a><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>There have been numerous attempts to convince the American public that women only use abortion for \u201csafety net\u201d purposes. Data reviewed by Live Action News <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/fraction-abortions-rape-incest-health\/\">revealed<\/a> only a tiny fraction of the so-called \u201chard cases\u201d are the reasons given for why women abort. In 2014, the last year abortion data was published by Planned Parenthood\u2019s former\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.lifesitenews.com\/pulse\/how-independent-is-guttmacher-from-planned-parenthood\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">research arm<\/a>, the Guttmacher Institute, half of women\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.guttmacher.org\/state-policy\/explore\/abortion-reporting-requirements\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">admitted<\/a>\u00a0they \u201cdid not want to be a single parent or were having problems with their husband or partner.\u201d Other reasons women gave included \u201cthe inability to afford raising a child\u201d and the \u201cbelief that having a baby would interfere with work, school or the ability to care for dependents.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A <a href=\"https:\/\/news.gallup.com\/poll\/235445\/abortion-attitudes-remain-closely-divided.aspx\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">May 2018<\/a> Gallup poll found that 50 percent of Americans would want abortion to remain legal only under &#8220;certain circumstances.&#8221; It would then be difficult to believe that using abortion as birth control or having multiple abortions falls under that category, despite what aborionist Horvath-Cosper says.<\/p>\n<p>The question is, will the media or polling agencies ever ask?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The abortion industry pushes the idea that women need abortion for hard cases, that abortions are not being used as birth control and that repeat abortions rarely happen.
