This abortion facility already has <a href=\"https:\/\/abortion911.com\/florida-abortion-clinic-under-criminal-review-calls-ambulance-for-hemorrhaging-abortion-patient\/\">several botched abortions<\/a> on record. The latest incident uncovered by Operation Rescue is by far the most shocking: a woman died when an abortionist failed to remove a surgical instrument from her uterus.<\/p>\n<p>According to\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/document2.pdf\">Medical Board documents<\/a> from the State of Florida, the abortionist involved is identified as Frank Rodriguez, and the woman is identified only as \u201cS.H.\u201d The Medical Board disciplined Rodriguez for failing to remove a surgical instrument from the woman\u2019s body. The documents <a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/02\/document2.pdf\">state<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>During the procedure, Respondent used a cervical dilator to dilate the cervix. Respondent then pushed the cervical dilator into\u2026[the patient\u2019s] uterine cavity\u2026.Respondent failed to remove the cervical dilator used during the procedure\u2026<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/5THDmys8z30\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/brother-woman-died-planned-parenthood\/\">READ: <em>Brother of woman who died from abortion at Planned Parenthood: Abortion is not a safe procedure<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The effects of retained fetal tissue or foreign objects during an abortion can be extremely damaging and even fatal.<\/p>\n<p>Inexplicably, the Medical Board documents do not note the outcome for the patient, namely the fact that she died five days after the abortionist\u2019s error.<\/p>\n<p>Operation Rescue notes, \u201cThat information [the patient\u2019s death] was found in an obscure Florida malpractice claim\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/05\/Sept-2012-Death-of-31-year-old-Lady-after-Surgical-Instrument-Left-Inside-After-Abortion-100K-Malpractice-M201574094-1.pdf\">reporting form<\/a>\u00a0filed by Rodriguez due to a monetary pay-out of close to $120,000 to settle a potential malpractice case with S.H.\u2019s family.\u201d The botched abortion likely resulted in five agonizing days, as sepsis set in.<\/p>\n<p>Rodriguez has a history of working with late-term abortionist <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/traveling-abortionist-arrested-in-south-carolina-revealed-to-be-infamous-late-term-abortionist-pendergraft\/\">James Scott Pendergraft IV<\/a>, who was arrested on drug charges while allegedly committing abortions out of his van in South Carolina. Live Action <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/orlando-abortion-clinic-closes-then-reopens-as-a-medical-marijuana-dispensary\/\">reported<\/a> earlier this month that Pendergraft converted two of his abortion businesses into medical marijuana clinics under the name Green Relief.
