CMP is asking the judge to force Planned Parenthood to produce its original records and invoices, as <a href=\"http:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/abortioncorporation\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Planned Parenthood<\/a> and its partner, Advanced Bioscience Resources, claimed to give the same invoices, but discrepancies were found.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;[B]oth ABR and Planned Parenthood produced what purported to be the same set of invoices, &#8216;but they produced different versions of the same invoice&#8217;,&#8221; CMP said in a press release. &#8220;Additionally, &#8216;the revenue totals and procurement totals&#8217; for fetal body parts &#8216;do not match&#8217; the totals that Planned Parenthood reported to Congressional investigations two years ago. The filing asks the Court &#8216;to verify that [Planned Parenthood] are not producing fabricated evidence&#8217;.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/center-medical-progress-appeals-gag-order-supreme-court\/\">READ: <em>The Center for Medical Progress appeals gag order to the Supreme Court<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Cecile Richards, former president of Planned Parenthood, previously <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/three-times-planned-parenthood-revealed-the-truth-to-congress-today\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">testified before Congress<\/a> about the baby parts scandal.<\/p>\n<p>The motion filed by CMP can be read <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/Dkt.-332_Motion-to-Compel-Fetal-Tissue_Memo.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">This would not be the first time <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/PPact?ref_src=twsrc%5Etfw\">@PPact<\/a> apparently faked key records to cover up their crimes.
