On her September 26, 2018 episode of The Ingraham Angle<\/a>,\u00a0Fox News’ Laura Ingraham discussed billionaire George Soros’ ties to pro-abortion groups — especially those currently protesting the nomination of Judge Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court of the United States. Soros has long been tightly connected to pro-abortion groups, giving millions to fund their efforts. But according to new information from the Media Research Center<\/a>, Soros recently donated over $246 million<\/strong> to 100 partners of the Women’s March — the groups that are currently protesting against Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination in Washington, D.C.<\/p>\n

These groups — which include Planned Parenthood and the Natural Resources Defense Council — fear that Kavanaugh could one day vote to overturn Roe v. Wade<\/em>, the 1973 decision which legalized abortion nationwide. Partners of the Women’s March\u00a0event excluded pro-life women and insisted that legal abortion be part of their list of core principles. Now, they’ve gone from protesting President Trump to protesting his Supreme Court nominee.<\/p>\n

“We are organizing an impactful, non-arrest, direct action to make sure that the Senate knows that #WeBelieveChristine and demand that they #CancelKavanaugh and vote no on his confirmation,” the group said.<\/p>\n

The Women’s March, Planned Parenthood, and the Natural Resources Defense Council have been vocal of their disapproval of Kavanaugh since his nomination was first announced. These groups — especially Planned Parenthood — have been heavily funded by Soros, who is pro-abortion. Planned Parenthood alone has received $21.2 million from Soros since 2000.<\/p>\n

From the beginning, pro-abortion groups have been alarmed that Kavanaugh has a history of ruling on the pro-life side of abortion-related cases. He voted against allowing an\u00a0undocumented teenager<\/a> in a detention facility to obtain an abortion under the reasoning that it would make the U.S. government “complicit” in a matter that is morally questionable. He also voted in favor of religious freedom when he argued that the Obama-era contraception mandate violated the rights of religious organizations. While Kavanaugh has never made a public statement for or against Roe v. Wade<\/em>, pro-abortion groups are fearful that he would vote to overturn it.<\/p>\n

The groups have now added to their list of concerns new sexual assault allegations made by a high school acquaintance against Judge Kavanaugh. As these groups attempt to prevent him from reaching the Supreme Court, they have the deep pockets of George Soros to thank as they take over Washington, D.C., in their efforts to keep abortion legal, no matter the cost.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
