And oddly, the website she created to promote transparency within the medical profession has been scrubbed. As usual, the media, elated with &#8220;all things Planned Parenthood,&#8221; has failed to ask the obvious question regarding both of these events: <em>why?<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Why was the website scrubbed?<\/li>\n<li>Why did Planned Parenthood, which, <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/how-abortion-chain-planned-parenthood-masquerades-as-a-health-care-provider\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">masquerades<\/a>\u00a0as\u00a0a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthoods-health-care-reinvention-plan-failed\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">healthcare organization,<\/a>\u00a0reverse course from having a <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-prez-political-organizer-not-health-care-expert\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">political organizer<\/a> at the helm, who once <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthood-aim-largest-kick-butt-political-organization\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">claimed<\/a>\u00a0her goal was to make the organization, &#8220;the largest kick butt political organization&#8221;?<\/li>\n<li>Why did Planned Parenthood pass up\u00a0numerous doctors already on staff within the organization for the job?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Perhaps it&#8217;s because, after being embroiled in numerous <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthoods-many-abuses-reasons-defund-abortion-corporation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scandals, abuses and fraud<\/a>, including <a href=\"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/what-we-do\/investigations\/aidingabusers\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">covering<\/a>\u00a0up for child sexual predators, Planned Parenthood, which receives\u00a0half a billion dollars from taxpayers annually, has a serious image problem. Planned Parenthood is very effective at public relations &#8212; and it uses every possible distraction it can to get the public to stop looking at its multiple\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/planned-parenthoods-many-abuses-reasons-defund-abortion-corporation\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">scandals<\/a> and divert attention to other things. In this case, that distraction is its new president, Dr. Leana Wen.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/four-reasons-planned-parenthood-not-brave\/\">READ: <em>Four reasons why Planned Parenthood abortionists aren&#8217;t &#8216;brave doctors&#8217;<\/em><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Before accepting her position at the scandal-laden Planned Parenthood, Wen created the\u00a0&#8220;Who&#8217;s My Doctor?&#8221; website, where she proposed complete transparency among physicians. Now that she has been tapped to head the largest abortion corporation in the country, her website, along with a physician&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180913000600\/https:\/www.ipetitions.com\/petition\/total-transparency-manifesto\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">manifesto<\/a>, have been scrubbed.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter wp-image-188372\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view.jpg\" alt=\"Planned Parenthood\" width=\"748\" height=\"405\" srcset=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view.jpg 1200w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view-300x163.jpg 300w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view-768x416.jpg 768w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view-700x379.jpg 700w, https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/09\/leana-wen-the-view-500x271.jpg 500w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Thanks to <a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20180212185813\/http:\/www.whosmydoctor.com:80\/styled\/about.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Way Back Machine<\/a>, we can still read Wen&#8217;s vision:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Studies show that as many as 94% of doctors report an affiliation with and receive money from drug companies and medical device companies&#8230;. Many doctors\u2019 salaries also depend on number of procedures done&#8230;. patients have a right to know what may be influencing their doctors\u2019 recommendation about their health.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>But Fox News has <a href=\"http:\/\/www.foxnews.com\/us\/2018\/09\/18\/planned-parenthood-boss-wanted-doctors-to-reveal-their-funding-and-views-on-abortion-despite-doing-neither.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">found<\/a> holes in Wen&#8217;s personal transparency, reporting:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>[O]n her own profile&#8230;Wen said she believes \u201cin practicing what we preach\u201d and\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/web.archive.org\/web\/20141114233311\/http:\/www.whosmydoctor.com:80\/styled-3\/styled-7\/styled-10\/Wen.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">listed<\/a>\u00a0$0 payments or gifts from any pharmaceutical or medical device companies.<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>But according to Dollars For Docs\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/projects.propublica.org\/docdollars\/doctors\/pid\/1195235\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">database<\/a>, Wen received over $600 for \u201ctravel and lodging\u201d from E. R. or &#8220;crush above&#8221; the\u00a0 preborn children she aborted to monetize their body parts:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jjxwVuozMnU\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr. Mary Gatter<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Also caught in the baby body parts scandal, this Planned Parenthood&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/abortiondocs.org\/clinic\/abortionist\/237\/mary-a-gatter\/\">national Medical Directors\u2019 Council President&#8217;s<\/a> revealing statement, &#8220;I want a Lamborghini,\u201d caused the American public to react with shock:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MjCs_gvImyw\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Dr.\u00a0Timothy Fouch Liveright<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Liveright\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/saynsumthn.wordpress.com\/2014\/01\/07\/doc-who-worked-for-several-planned-parenthhood-clinics-to-face-state-medical-board\/\">worked for several<\/a>\u00a0Planned Parenthood facilities until he was outed by Planned Parenthood whistleblowers for his questionable care of patients and treatment of staff, who compared the abortionist to Kermit Gosnell, and accused him of sexually harassing employees and patients.<\/p>\n<div id=\"attachment_175166\" style=\"width: 250px\" class=\"wp-caption aligncenter\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-175166\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-175166\" src=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Timothy-F-Liveright.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"240\" height=\"170\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-175166\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Timothy F Liveright<\/p><\/div>\n<p>\u201cI have noted Dr. Liveright inappropriately look up and down patients as well as staff members in a sexual kind of way. As an emergency room physician, Wen is likely to know about botched surgical abortions&#8230; yet the only thing we&#8217;ve heard from her at present is her claim to have seen a patient die from a &#8220;home abortion&#8221; that was not done at an abortion facility.<\/p>\n<p>The 911 calls from abortion facilities are numerous. Here are just a few examples:<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/GvehZdy7xaU\">911 Call #1<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/BjiScHKyBTk\">911 Call #2<\/a><br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/2FOC-8DAs3I\">911 Call #3<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Perhaps Wen&#8217;s website and manifesto were scrubbed because of her new employer&#8217;s breed of &#8220;doctors&#8221; running its facilities.
