Spina bifida can cause physical disabilities, but modern medicine has significantly improved treatment after birth and in utero. Medical professionals report that, with modern treatment, nearly every child with spina bifida can have a productive life and even a level of independence thought impossible years ago.<\/p>\n<p>The famous photo below was taken during a\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/stunning-fetal-surgery-images-offer-amazing-glimpse-baby-womb\/\">fetal surgery<\/a> on Baby <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/7-images-that-prove-the-humanity-of-preborn-children\/\">Samuel Armas<\/a>, who had also been diagnosed with <a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/search?client=safari&amp;rls=en&amp;q=fetal+surgery+for+spina+bifida&amp;ie=UTF-8&amp;oe=UTF-8\">spina bifida<\/a>. Doctors presented abortion as a valid option, and the couple proceeded.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/at-eight-months-my-doctor-said-he-would-absolutely-perform-the-abortion-for-me\/\">READ:<\/a><\/strong><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/at-eight-months-my-doctor-said-he-would-absolutely-perform-the-abortion-for-me\/\"> At 8 months, my doctor said he would &#8220;absolutely&#8221; abort my son with spina bifida<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Khan went to two different hospitals for separate parts of the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.abortionprocedures.com\">abortion procedure<\/a>. The Bolton News\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.theboltonnews.co.uk\/news\/16364071.aborted-baby-died-in-his-mothers-arms-at-royal-bolton-hospital-bolton-inquest-told\/\">reports<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Mrs Khan went to St Mary\u2019s Hospital in Manchester for a procedure to end the baby\u2019s life.\u00a0This involved a chemical being injected into the umbilical cord and was done on February 16 by Dr Philip Bullen. &#8230;<\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>Dr Bullen said he had listened for a heartbeat, but could not hear one before he sent Mrs Khan to Royal Bolton Hospital where labour was induced.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Former abortionist Dr. Anthony Levatino explains how this type of abortion is carried out in the animated video below.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/r5Af8vIym2o\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/polish-baby-survives-abortion-cries-hour-left-die\/\"><strong>READ:<\/strong><em><strong> Infant who survived abortion screamed for an hour while left alone to die<\/strong><\/em><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The doctor and midwives committing the abortion expected the night to end with a stillbirth.<\/p>\n<p>While many abortionists inject the chemical into the child&#8217;s heart, some inject into the child&#8217;s head, and some &#8212; like Dr. Philip Bullen &#8212; inject into the umbilical cord.<\/p>\n<p>Mrs. Khan told a midwife at the second hospital that she felt her baby move. In the wee hours of the morning, on February 17, 2018, Mrs. Khan&#8217;s son was born &#8212; <em>alive and crying<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>She named him Mohammed Rehman Ahmed and held him until he died from his extreme prematurity, caused by the attempted abortion.<\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/10\/23\/health\/fetal-surgery-spina-bifida.html\">READ:<\/a><\/strong><em><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nytimes.com\/2017\/10\/23\/health\/fetal-surgery-spina-bifida.html\"> To mend a birth defect, doctors operate on the patient within the patient<\/a><\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p>Sadly, Dr. Bullen&#8217;s solution after hearing of the death of Baby Mohammed was not to stop committing these violent killings.
