Taxpayer-funded abortion corporation Planned Parenthood has\u00a0announced<\/a> its political arms are joining other “progressive” groups to invest an “unprecedented” $30 million to influence who is elected to key state and federal offices in the 2018 midterm elections. In addition, Planned Parenthood’s political arms have vowed to spend $20 million<\/a>\u00a0in campaigns across several states. But these millions are not really as unprecedented as Planned Parenthood wants the public to believe, as its PACs have poured an extremely large amount<\/a> of money into elections over the years to elect<\/a> pro-abortion<\/a> Democrats<\/a>, some with less<\/a> than\u00a0successful<\/a>\u00a0results.<\/p>\n

Major Democrat donors<\/a>, like Deborah Simon, have given<\/a> money to Planned Parenthood’s political super PAC<\/a>, Planned Parenthood Votes:<\/p>\n

Soros family<\/a> money<\/a> is also flowing<\/a> into<\/a> Planned Parenthood’s PAC. In July, Andrea Soros Colombel, daughter<\/span><\/a> of billionaire George Soros and member of<\/span>\u00a0the Open Society Board<\/a>, donated $1 million<\/a>.<\/p>\n

According to media outlets,<\/a> the abortion corporation said it plans to\u00a0spend $20 million, targeting candidates in eight to ten<\/a> states. In\u00a0Minnesota<\/a>, former Planned Parenthood staffer\u00a0Tina Smith<\/a>\u00a0is running for Senate.<\/p>\n

CNN<\/a>\u00a0reported that the move is designed to “help Democrats,” adding, “The initial list of targets includes eight states: Arizona, Florida, Michigan, Minnesota, Nevada, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Wisconsin. It comes on top of $4.5 million spent on last year’s governor’s races in Virginia and New Jersey….”<\/p>\n

“This is our last chance to flip some of those governors’ seats before redistricting,” Deirdre Schifeling, the executive director of Planned Parenthood Votes, told<\/a> CNN.<\/p>\n
