Gallup has released a new\u00a0poll<\/a> which shows that support for Planned Parenthood has risen slightly since\u00a02015<\/a>, an indication that pro-lifers still have a lot of work to do to expose the ugly truth about this taxpayer-funded abortion corporation. However, the poll numbers do reveal that over decades, public support of the abortion corporation has declined sharply, from a high of 81 percent in 1993, to a low of 59 percent in 2015 and ticking up slightly in 2018<\/a> to 62 percent. Tragically, because of media bias in favor of Planned Parenthood, many Americans remain unaware\u00a0that it is the single largest abortion provider in the United States, garnering 35 percent of the nation’s abortion marketshare and ending the lives of 900 preborn babies every single day<\/em>. But thanks to pro-abortion media, the public unaware of so much more regarding Planned Parenthood.<\/p>\n

Here’s what the public should know about Planned Parenthood:<\/p>\n

1. Planned Parenthood kills 320,000 preborn children every year.<\/strong> That’s more than the entire population of the city of St. Louis, Missouri, or of Lexington, Kentucky. Abortion is the primary service<\/a>\u00a0Planned Parenthood\u00a0offers<\/a>\u00a0pregnant women — because as a former worker\u00a0testified<\/a>, \u201cthey made their money if somebody had an abortion.\u201d After all, they even have\u00a0abortion quotas<\/a>.<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0Planned Parenthood was caught on multiple, forensically verified videos discussing the harvesting and sale of aborted baby body parts.<\/strong> No, this information was not discredited<\/a>, and no, the videos were not “heavily edited,” according to two forensic analyses<\/a> (even Planned Parenthood’s hired analysts, though media falsely reported otherwise). These resulted in a Congressional investigation<\/a>, which led to referrals for criminal charges for Planned Parenthood<\/a> and other<\/a> abortion profiteers<\/a>.<\/p>\n

3.\u00a0Planned Parenthood gets half a billion taxpayer dollars every year.<\/strong> $60 million of that comes from Title X. These funds<\/a>\u00a0do pay for abortion facilities and abortion staff. This corporation has millions in excesses in revenue (a.k.a.\u00a0profits<\/em>) each year. And for years now, the supposed healthcare organization has been providing fewer and fewer legitimate health services to fewer and fewer patients<\/a>. Its abortion numbers, however, are up.<\/em><\/p>\n

4.\u00a0Planned Parenthood lies<\/a>\u00a0to women — not only about its services, but about fetal<\/a> development<\/a> and abortion safety.<\/strong> The organization claims to provide prenatal care, but most centers don’t offer any<\/a> whatsoever. The organization also eventually was forced to admit<\/a> it does\u00a0not<\/a> provide mammograms, despite claiming for years that it did.<\/p>\n

5. Planned Parenthood has committed fraud.<\/strong> It\u00a0has been\u00a0caught<\/a>\u00a0in\u00a0overbilling abuses<\/a> and in\u00a0Medicaid fraud<\/a>\u00a0in several states, and has racked up\u00a0campaign donation violations<\/a>.<\/p>\n

6. Planned Parenthood was founded as a eugenics-based<\/a> population control organization.<\/strong><\/p>\n

7. Planned Parenthood encourages minors to experiment with risky sexual behaviors.<\/strong>\u00a0The organization’s\u00a0counsel<\/a>\u00a0to teens\u00a0about sex includes BDSM and other disturbing sexual practices.<\/p>\n

8.\u00a0Planned Parenthood has a history of treating patients poorly.<\/strong> Former managers have stated the organization \u201ctreats women like cattle<\/a>\u201d and has violated<\/a>\u00a0patient privacy, and investigations and testimony have revealed it refuses to provide ultrasounds<\/a>\u00a0except prior to abortions (to check gestational age, etc., not<\/em> to educate women about fetal development).<\/p>\n

9. Planned Parenthood has repeatedly\u00a0failed<\/a> to report child sexual abuse.<\/strong> In fact, this is so epidemic within the organization that Live Action has released an entire video docuseries and investigative report titled\u00a0Aiding Abusers<\/a>, which documents the court cases, police reports, and personal testimonies regarding this decades-long cover-up of abuse within the organization. Despite\u00a0the continued drum beat of news over the MeToo and TimesUp movements against sexual abuse, the media has purposely ignored Live Action’s documented evidence.\u00a0This type of\u00a0complicity machine<\/a>\u00a0surrounding the nation’s largest abortion provider puts it in an unaccountable position of power and helps abusers to continue their abuse:<\/p>\n
