In 2016, Indiana became the second state<\/a> to ban abortions<\/a> based on disability, sex, or race. Ohio followed suit<\/a> in December of 2017, and Planned Parenthood<\/a> is now suing — solely so they can continue to abort preborn babies who are the “wrong” sex or race, or who have been diagnosed prenatally with a disability.<\/p>\n

Now, the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals will hear the case<\/a>, which was filed by the ACLU of Indiana for Planned Parenthood. The ACLU and Planned Parenthood are likewise suing the state of Ohio<\/a>. Planned Parenthood and the ACLU argue that these bans are unconstitutional, but the reality is seemingly far more nefarious.<\/p>\n

Take abortions<\/a> based on race, for example. Planned Parenthood and racism go hand-in-hand, starting with its founding. Margaret Sanger, Planned Parenthood’s founder, was a known eugenicist — and in her Negro Project<\/a>, spoke of bringing on board members of the clergy in the Black community to help bring about her organization’s agenda: population control — specifically among certain people groups. Live Action News’ Carole Novielli previously wrote<\/a>:<\/p>\n

In a personal letter<\/a>\u00a0to Katharine Dexter McCormick in 1950, Sanger called for \u201ca simple, cheap, safe contraceptive\u00a0to be used in poverty stricken slums, jungles, and among the\u00a0most ignorant people.\u201d<\/p>\n

But, Sanger added, \u201cEven this will not be sufficient, because I believe that now, immediately, there should be national sterilization for certain dysgenic types of our population who are being encouraged to breed and would die out were the government not feeding them.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

That legacy lives on today, as Planned Parenthood pressures black women to be sterilized<\/a>, places a disproportionate number of their facilities<\/a> in minority neighborhoods, and then jacks up their prices<\/a>.<\/p>\n

A Live Action investigation also found that Planned Parenthood is all too happy to accept racially-motivated donations.<\/p>\n
