{"id":175630,"date":"2017-11-30T08:10:15","date_gmt":"2017-11-30T13:10:15","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/?p=175630"},"modified":"2017-11-30T01:15:20","modified_gmt":"2017-11-30T06:15:20","slug":"whistleblower-stemexpress-violated-fedex-policies","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/whistleblower-stemexpress-violated-fedex-policies\/","title":{"rendered":"Whistleblower: StemExpress violated FedEx policies against shipping human remains"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>The Center for Medical Progress (CMP) has released the sixth in its <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/human-capital\/eyewitness-testimony\/\">latest series of videos<\/a> featuring former StemExpress fetal procurement technician, Holly O&#8217;Donnell, exposing some of the unethical and illegal practices involved in\u00a0the harvesting of body parts from aborted children at\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/abortionprocedures.com\">abortion<\/a> facilities like <a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/abortioncorporation\">Planned Parenthood.<\/a><\/p>\n<p>In this video, O&#8217;Donnell explains how StemExpress violated FedEx policies by shipping aborted body parts from Planned Parenthood, according to a CMP November 28 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.centerformedicalprogress.org\/2017\/11\/stemexpress-shipped-fetal-parts-from-planned-parenthood-against-fedex-rules-says-whistleblower\/\">press release<\/a>, which states, &#8220;The FedEx Service Guide Terms and Conditions state: &#8216;You are prohibited from tendering the following items for shipment, and you agree not to do so:&#8217; listing, &#8216;Human corpses, human body parts, human embryos, or cremated or disinterred human remains&#8217; under &#8216;Prohibited Items.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/28mDUceJCss\" width=\"640\" height=\"355\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>CMP&#8217;s press release describes more of O&#8217;Donnell&#8217;s eyewitness testimony:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><strong>\u201cThe guy behind the counter kinda is looking at her funny, and she goes, \u2018I want to ship this here,\u2019\u201d<\/strong> recounts O\u2019Donnell. <strong>\u201cAnd he looks at her and says, \u2018What\u2019s in the package?\u2019 and she goes, \u2018Um, does it matter?\u2019 And he\u2019s like, \u2018Yeah, \u2018cause I know what\u2019s in that package. I\u2019m not shipping it.\u2019\u201d<\/strong>&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>When O\u2019Donnell asked her supervisor why FedEx was refusing to ship the aborted fetal parts, she says her supervisor replied, <strong>\u201cOh, because he know\u2019s what\u2019s in here, you\u2019re technically not supposed to ship body parts,\u201d<\/strong> and then told O\u2019Donnell: <strong>\u201cI\u2019ve got to go all the way across town to go to a different FedEx and drop this off,\u201d<\/strong> apparently as a way to trick a different FedEx branch into shipping the body parts against their services agreement with StemExpress.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>In the video, O&#8217;Donnell says, &#8220;Some of the tissues we weren&#8217;t able to procure because they were already dead tissue&#8230;. NFT, no fetal heart tones &#8212; we can&#8217;t use that. It&#8217;s technically dead tissue&#8230;. There were a couple times where I&#8217;d have a specimen&#8230; and the medical assistant would say, &#8216;You can&#8217;t use this one, this is a NFT&#8230;&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>CMP&#8217;s David Daleiden summed up, saying, &#8220;So at StemExpress, you could only procure from fetuses who had been alive right before the abortion.&#8221; O&#8217;Donnell replied, &#8220;Yes.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>This corroborates the revelations in another of CMP&#8217;s undercover videos, which featured abortionist Carolyn Westhoff, the\u00a0Senior Medical Advisor for Planned Parenthood Federation of America, stating on film that the aborted body parts from her clinic were &#8220;fresh,&#8221; not frozen. In the first two and a half minutes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=c9EU_02c5bM\">this video<\/a>, Westhoff tells an undercover Daleiden,\u00a0&#8220;We\u2019ve just been working with people who want particular tissues, like, you know, they want cardiac, or they want eyes, or they want neural. People want spinal cords, so I mean, that sort of thing. Certainly, everything we provide\u2013oh, gonads! Oh my God, gonads.
