What percentage of overall supporters they comprise in Trump\u2019s case as opposed to his opponents is a different question, of course, and it\u2019s a comparison Handler should have probably <a href=\"http:\/\/www.breitbart.com\/big-hollywood\/2011\/11\/18\/your-obama-apologist-of-the-day--chelsea-handler\/\">thought twice about before inviting<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>But that\u2019s nothing compared to the analogy she used to make her point. \u201cMurder a baby\u201d? When she was typing that, did she forget that she openly, literally, and enthusiastically <em>supports<\/em> murdering babies?<\/p>\n<p>As Live Action <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/theres-nothing-feminist-about-comedienne-chelsea-handlers-promotion-of-abortion\/\">has<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/is-abortion-the-positive-choice-steph-herold-toure\/\">covered<\/a> <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/comedian-chelsea-handler-women-vote-protect-abortion\/\">over the years<\/a>, Handler is an avowed champion\u2014and admitted two-time user\u2014of abortion. Murdering babies is an exercise of \u201creproductive rights,\u201d you see, because \u201cit\u2019s your choice, what you want to do with your body.\u201d She has written that after one of her own abortions, she \u201cwas relieved in every possible way.\u201d In fact, she went on to say that, at age 41, \u201cI don\u2019t ever look back and think, God, I wish I\u2019d had that baby.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>In addition, the Daily Wire\u2019s Amanda Prestigiacomo <a href=\"http:\/\/www.dailywire.com\/news\/18531\/chelsea-handler-trump-could-murder-baby-and-amanda-prestigiacomo\">notes<\/a> that Handler is naturally a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.newsbusters.org\/blogs\/culture\/katie-yoder\/2017\/02\/15\/chelsea-handler-defends-life-saving-planned-parenthood\">big-time booster<\/a> of Planned Parenthood, the first name somebody calls when they want to \u201cmurder a baby\u201d:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">It&#8217;s my birthday. It\u2019s an act she endorses, defends, and celebrates, so much so that to her the only outrage is <em>preventing<\/em> mothers from doing so.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBut Calvin,\u201d you might say, \u201cshe\u2019s talking about <em>born<\/em> babies. There\u2019s a difference.\u201d Well, first of all, there only appears to be a difference <a href=\"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/bill-nye-returns-unscientifically-deceive-america-abortion\/\">if you&#8217;re ignorant of the relevant biology<\/a>. Second, Handler herself apparently recognizes that babies are babies on both sides of the womb\u2014when there\u2019s irreverent \u201chumor\u201d to be had, of course:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"twitter-tweet\" data-lang=\"en\">\n<p dir=\"ltr\" lang=\"en\">PP rejects Trump\u2019s proposal to stop abortion services. Speaking of abortions, I say we yank this big baby out of the Oval Office.<\/p>\n<p>\u2014 Chelsea Handler (@chelseahandler) <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/chelseahandler\/status\/839293306597040129\">March 8, 2017<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><script async src=\"\/\/platform.twitter.com\/widgets.js\" charset=\"utf-8\"><\/script><\/p>\n<p>But for the sake of argument, let\u2019s grant that distinction, just for a moment, and go back to Handler\u2019s original \u201cpoint\u201d (such as it was) about partisans being so in the tank for a president that they\u2019d even give the slaughter of innocent children a pass. There is, of course, no instance of Trump (or any other pro-life president) ever doing something so monstrous, so we have no instance of his supporters defending it.<\/p>\n<p>But say, didn\u2019t the guy who lived at 1600 Pennsylvania Ave <em>before<\/em> Trump do something like that? Why yes, as a matter of fact, he did!<\/p>\n<p>As you know, as an Illinois state senator, Barack Obama <a href=\"http:\/\/www.nationalreview.com\/corner\/290707\/when-obama-voted-infanticide-andrew-c-mccarthy\">repeatedly voted to allow<\/a> hospitals in the state to leave infants to die after failed abortions. Fully born and fully separated from their mothers, these children were living babies not just according to modern medicine, but according to Handler\u2019s own criteria as well. And Obama sided with allowing them to be killed.<\/p>\n<p>Surely, considering the terms set by Handler\u2019s latest tweet, she could never abide this, right? <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cnsnews.com\/blog\/mark-judge\/chelsea-handler-didnt-make-fun-obama-because-he-was-so-responsible-and-such-leader\">Well<\/a>\u2026<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>Q: What do you think the role of your show will be during a Trump presidency?<\/p>\n<p>A: First and foremost, I\u2019m a comedian. But also, we have to hold him accountable. And we have to make fun of him, just like you\u2019d make fun of anybody who was president.
