{"id":165337,"date":"2017-04-26T17:14:05","date_gmt":"2017-04-26T21:14:05","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/?p=165337"},"modified":"2017-04-28T15:51:00","modified_gmt":"2017-04-28T19:51:00","slug":"breaking-footage-of-planned-parenthoods-lamborghini-exec-contradicts-ceo-richards-claims","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/archive.liveaction.org\/news\/breaking-footage-of-planned-parenthoods-lamborghini-exec-contradicts-ceo-richards-claims\/","title":{"rendered":"Footage of Planned Parenthood&#8217;s &#8216;Lamborghini&#8217; executive contradicts CEO Cecile Richards&#8217; claims"},"content":{"rendered":"<div style=\"margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px;\" class=\"sharethis-inline-share-buttons\" ><\/div><p>In\u00a0the latest video released by the Center for Medical Progress, Dr. Mary Gatter, President of Planned Parenthood Federation of America&#8217;s Medical Directors&#8217; Council, can be seen encouraging a prospective fetal tissue harvester to make a deal with Planned Parenthood&#8217;s Pasadena affiliate.<\/p>\n<p>As can be seen in the footage,\u00a0date stamped October 12, 2014, PPFA&#8217;s Senior Director of Medical Services\u00a0Dr. Deborah Nucatola initiates the introduction between a CMP undercover investigator and Gatter at a Planned Parenthood evening reception (<a href=\"https:\/\/youtu.be\/nd_3opfRzu0\">full footage here<\/a>):<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/6LPlHjP1DVw\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Gatter discusses having supervised the deal between Planned Parenthood Los Angeles and tissue harvester\u00a0Novogenix (which, along with Planned Parenthood, has since been referred to the FBI and U.S. Department of Justice for further investigation and prosecution). Gatter, who was Medical Director of Planned Parenthood Los Angeles before holding that same role at Planned Parenthood Pasadena, eagerly pursues a relationship with the prospective procurator, saying, &#8220;I did it in LA, I&#8217;m committed to it, I think it&#8217;s a great idea.&#8221; Gatter\u00a0also asks, &#8220;what kind of volume do you need, and what gestational ages?&#8221; When she is queried about price per specimen, Gatter suggests the figure of $75 per specimen, saying specifically, &#8220;Fifty dollars is\u00a0on the low end; fifty dollars [per specimen] was like 12 years ago.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>In 2015, Americans were horrified when footage captured Gatter flippantly negotiating the highest possible sale of fetal body parts by joking, &#8220;I want a Lamborghini&#8221;:<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/MjCs_gvImyw\" width=\"640\" height=\"360\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>Planned Parenthood President Cecile Richards subsequently denied the revelations, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=dZUjU4e4fUI\">saying<\/a> &#8220;the allegation that Planned Parenthood profits <em>in any way<\/em> from tissue donation is not true. Our donation programs, like any other high quality healthcare providers&#8217;, follows all laws and ethical guidelines.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>But by insisting that the prospective buyer pay for &#8220;the use of space&#8221; and use his own staff to do the harvesting, Gatter inadvertently makes it clear in the latest video that Richards&#8217; claim\u00a0is not the case.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;The fact that Novogenix, StemExpress, and ABR stationed their own workers inside Planned Parenthood abortion clinics to perform the harvesting, packaging, and transport of aborted baby body parts demonstrates that Planned Parenthood had no reimbursable costs under the law,&#8221; CMP project lead David Daleiden explains in the press release featured in the video description. &#8220;The volume-based sums that Planned Parenthood charged these businesses for baby parts are criminal trafficking and profiteering in fetal body parts. The U.S. Department of Justice should take heed of the Congressional investigations\u2019 criminal referrals and prosecute Planned Parenthood to the full extent of the law, and taxpayers must stop being forced to subsidize Planned Parenthood\u2019s criminal abortion empire.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/liveaction.org\/petition\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-160409\" src=\"http:\/\/www.liveaction.org\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/01\/DefundAd-400b-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"170\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>CMP&#8217;s release of further evidence comes on the heels of Senator Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa)&#8217;s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.judiciary.senate.gov\/imo\/media\/doc\/2017-04-24%20CEG%20to%20DOJ%20FBI%20(follow-up%20on%20fetal%20tissue%20investigation%20referrals)%20with%20original%20referral.pdf\">letter<\/a> to Attorney General Jeff Sessions and FBI Director James Comey.
