Today marks International Women’s Day, and some women\u00a0are joining\u00a0“A Day Without A Woman” to advocate for women’s rights and women’s equality. Sponsored by the same group that led the Women’s March in January,\u00a0the rallying cry of the organization is\u00a0for Americans\u00a0to stand in solidarity\u00a0“for the protection of our rights, our safety, our health, and our families.”<\/p>\n

However, the “feminists”\u00a0who take part in “A Day Without a Woman” are also the ones who\u00a0refuse to defend\u00a0the\u00a0rights of millions of little women in the womb.\u00a0The organizers of the Women’s March have made it very clear that their platform is pro-abortion, and individuals who support protections for the preborn are not allowed to participate.<\/p>\n

Tragically, the Women’s March and the new feminism movement today \u2014 bred from the Sexual Revolution’s\u00a0hijack of the women’s movement \u2014\u00a0are\u00a0profoundly anti-woman.\u00a0Groups like Planned Parenthood have made a profit from abortion because they claim that it is a constitutional right that will empower women to achieve their potential and their goals. Grievously, the abortion industry has marketed the killing of children \u2014 our future \u2014\u00a0as a social good that contributes to the advancement of women, perpetuating violent discrimination against women while they are their most vulnerable.<\/p>\n

The United Nations estimates that over\u00a0100 million girls are missing in the world today. These were\u00a0the victims of female gendercide \u2014 the systematic killing of\u00a0baby girls because of their sex.\u00a0Millions of\u00a0tiny women have been violently killed through sex-selective abortions, simply because their lives were not considered as valuable.\u00a0Other infant\u00a0girls have been abandoned or left alone to die. Female gendercide\u00a0is the real war on women, and it makes for a real “Day Without A\u00a0Woman.”<\/p>\n

In\u00a02012, an undercover investigation by Live Action showed Planned Parenthood staffers offering sex-selective abortions, which is illegal in some countries, to women seeking to abort their baby girls. This disturbing and discriminatory trend is the very thing that feminists should decry.<\/p>\n
