Earlier this week, Live Action News reported<\/a> on\u00a0#ProtestPP<\/a>, a series of\u00a0coordinated,\u00a0pro-life demonstrations across the nation. Protests\u00a0took\u00a0place outside Planned Parenthood facilities\u00a0nationwide, including in\u00a0Washington,\u00a0D.C.<\/p>\n

Many of the protests drew counter-protests from supporters of the abortion corporation. The Washington Times<\/a> reports that about 200 pro-life protesters gathered outside a Planned Parenthood in Denver, and were countered by about 24 Planned Parenthood supporters.<\/p>\n

Most of the protests and counter-protests occurred peacefully, but it appears that not all did. Students for Life of America<\/a> reports that at the demonstration in Washington, D.C., police had to physically move\u00a0Planned Parenthood supporters who blocked and even shoved pro-lifers.<\/p>\n

The protest in Portland showcased even worse behavior on the part of pro-abortion demonstrators. Students for Life\u00a0of\u00a0America’s Northwest Regional Coordinator, Katie Lodjic, reported:<\/p>\n

There were protesters there already when we drove up to the Planned Parenthood and they were yelling obscenities, swinging the long hard plastic jump-ropes around, and\u00a0had signs that said \u201cabort everyone,\u201d \u201cpussy bites back\u201d \u201cGOP: Grabbing of Pussies\u201d\u00a0(with a drawing of someone actually doing it) \u201cyour kids an a**hole,\u201d \u201cthank God for abortions\u201d etc..<\/p>\n

When we got out there with our signs, the protesters started intermingling with us and pushing us around. When the speakers started, they moved their jump ropes closer to us, and they were hitting us all in the backs with them, and shoving us forward.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

Lodjic says police had to intervene against ridiculous\u00a0behavior\u00a0by pro-aborts\u00a0in Portland, and claims that supporters of Planned Parenthood grabbed pro-life brochures and threw them away.<\/p>\n

In a livestreamed video<\/a> taken at the protest in St. Paul, a Planned Parenthood supporter can clearly be seen grabbing\u00a0at\u00a0the pro-lifer’s phone. The pro-abortion demonstrator is carrying a “keep your laws off my body” sign. Perhaps “keep your hands off my phone” would be a more relevant\u00a0sign\u00a0for next year.<\/p>\n

Mary Alice Carter, interim vice president of Planned Parenthood Federation of America, tried to defend the abortion corporation’s public image against the crowds of pro-lifers seeking the defunding of the abortion giant.<\/p>\n

“Patients don’t go to Planned Parenthood health centers to make a political statement — they go to receive quality care from a provider they know and trust,” said Carter<\/a>. “That’s what we’re focused on today and every day.”<\/p>\n

Sadly for Carter, the world is now aware that what some Planned Parenthood staff are focused on “today and every day” is actually pizza parties<\/a>\u00a0after abortions.<\/p>\n
