Jessica DelBalzo has written a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rhrealitycheck.org\/article\/2012\/03\/14\/choice-words-about-abortion-0\">cruel piece<\/a> for RH Reality, boldly proclaiming, \u201cI love abortion.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Furthermore, she advises women:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Rather than trying to cozy up to the forced-birth camp, women who value their freedom should be proud to say that they like abortion. In fact, they should venerate it whole-heartedly. Abortion is our last refuge, the one final, definitive instrument that secures our bodily autonomy. What&#8217;s not to love?<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>What\u2019s not to love?\u00a0 Maybe ripping babies apart.\u00a0 Maybe watching your baby (if you were to look at the ultrasound screen) pull away from the abortionist\u2019s instrument in fear and probable pain from what\u2019s about to happen.\u00a0 Maybe sacrificing your child\u2019s life on the altar of your own convenience.\u00a0 Maybe violence.\u00a0 Maybe death.\u00a0 Yeah, I can think of quite a few things not to love.<\/p>\n<p>Apparently, so can <a href=\"http:\/\/www.gargaro.com\/regrets.html\">a lot of women<\/a> who\u2019ve had abortions:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>Now that it&#8217;s over, everyone&#8217;s acting as if it never even happened, but every night I go to sleep crying, and wake up the next morning, put on my brave face and try to convince myself everything&#8217;s gonna be OK. What hurts the most is thinking I&#8217;m never going to go back to that person I was before. It is now part of my story and I have to live with it. I&#8217;m mad at myself in a way because I always told my self I&#8217;d never be that &#8221;person&#8221;. I have to carry these regrets on my shoulders, and everyday I wish this has not been a life-changing experience for me, but it was&#8230;\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0<em>I still remember that time before abortion, when all my thoughts was about &#8220;what do to&#8221;, I didnt sleep at night, all I did was think and cry&#8230;I thought also about adoption&#8230;yes I already loved this baby&#8230;after the abortion, it was the worst time in my life, i didnt want to live, I miss my baby so much&#8230;now about 7 mnths have passed and still I feel pain and I still crying at nights, and after abortion my life arent the same&#8230;it became grey and empty&#8230;if i can only turn back time&#8230;i would never do it.\u00a0<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<div id=\"attachment_12858\" style=\"width: 260px\" class=\"wp-caption alignleft\"><img aria-describedby=\"caption-attachment-12858\" decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"size-full wp-image-12858 \" title=\"pregnant-woman\" src=\"http:\/\/www.www.liveactionnews.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2012\/03\/pregnant-woman1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"120\" \/><p id=\"caption-attachment-12858\" class=\"wp-caption-text\">Most women do not &quot;love abortion.&quot;<\/p><\/div>\n<p>At least Jessica DelBalzo is honest that when pro-choicers admit that abortion should be \u201csafe, legal, and rare\u201d, they are agreeing with pro-lifers that abortion is something bad.\u00a0 After all, why should something be rare unless it\u2019s tragic, harmful, horrible, or at least sad, not-to-be-wished-on-anyone, and unfortunate?<\/p>\n<p>At least the pro-choicers who say that abortion should be \u201crare\u201d have a hope and a heart.\u00a0 While they may view abortion as a \u201cright\u201d or as \u201cnecessary,\u201d at least they wish it didn\u2019t have to be that way.<\/p>\n<p>Of course, for many, many reasons, I completely disagree with the safe and legal part.\u00a0 Abortion shouldn\u2019t exist, period.\u00a0 It doesn\u2019t have to.\u00a0 It\u2019s a human rights violation.\u00a0 Therefore, safe and legal don\u2019t even need to enter the discussion.<\/p>\n<p>Do we try to make other acts of homicide, murder, or genocide \u201csafe\u201d for the perpetrators?\u00a0 Do we ensure that the circumstances of a robbery are \u201csafe\u201d for the robbers?\u00a0 Do we say, \u201cOk, well, you\u2019re going to commit rape anyway, so we might as well make it legal?\u201d\u00a0 I didn\u2019t think so.<\/p>\n<p>As I\u2019ve said before, if my \u201cbodily autonomy\u201d or \u201cchoice\u201d or \u201cpower\u201d or <em>whatever<\/em> as a woman must be bought at the price of my child\u2019s blood, I DON\u2019T WANT IT.\u00a0 Of course, it\u2019s just rhetoric to state that abortion is necessary for woman to remain equal individuals in society \u2013 rhetoric that\u2019s been debunked many times.<\/p>\n<p>Jessica DelBalzo is issuing a rally cry for women to be proud of their abortions.\u00a0 She certainly has no regret for her own.\u00a0 Instead, she writes as though the worst thing in the whole situation was the \u201ceight weeks of nausea and weight gain.\u201d\u00a0 I\u2019ve been pregnant\u2014for 40 weeks.\u00a0 If you truly care about your child, nausea and weight gain are the least of your concerns.<\/p>\n<p>But hey, at least she\u2019s more honest than many supposed \u201cpro-choicers.\u201d\u00a0 As Ms. DelBalzo admits, the issue really is ABORTION, not this illusive word called \u201cCHOICE.\u201d\u00a0 If it really was about choice, President Obama wouldn\u2019t be forcing employers and\/or insurance companies to <a href=\"http:\/\/www.americanthinker.com\/2012\/01\/pro-choice_obama_forces_religious_institutions_to_pay_for_abortion_drugs.html\">pay for abortifacient birth control<\/a>; he wouldn\u2019t be forcing taxpayers to pay into a special <a href=\"http:\/\/www.lifenews.com\/2012\/03\/15\/obamas-new-plan-for-abortion-on-demand-at-your-expense\/\">insurance \u201cabortion fund\u201d<\/a>; ethicists in the UK wouldn\u2019t be calling for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.www.liveactionnews.org\/human-rights\/ethicists-ask-why-should-the-baby-live\/\">\u201cafter-birth abortion\u201d<\/a>; and RH Reality wouldn\u2019t be publishing an article about loving abortion.\u00a0 In the end, the pro-choice issue boils down to killing children.\u00a0 It\u2019s that plain, simple, and unthinkable.\u00a0 But it\u2019s reality.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u00a0<em>I love abortion. I don&#8217;t\u00a0accept\u00a0it. I don&#8217;t view it as a necessary evil.
