Most children with the condition don&#8217;t survive for much more than a month after birth, with the average being seven days. The couple, parents to two other children, was offered an abortion. They refused.<\/p>\n<p>Rather than abort their child, the couple chose life without a second thought, and even made a statement on local television urging others not to abort their own children.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" style=\"border: none; overflow: hidden;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/post.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2Fwisinelsobreviviente%2Fposts%2F653199778172393%3A0&amp;width=500\" width=\"500\" height=\"608\" frameborder=\"0\" scrolling=\"no\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>The baby girl, named Victoria, was diagnosed at five months gestation, and the couple said they plan to love their child for who she is and accept her completely.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Don&#8217;t abort your babies, even when doctors recommend it,&#8221; Yomaira said. &#8220;Doctors try to convince you that abortion is right, but that&#8217;s not the path God wants us to choose, because we are not the ones to decide the life and death of a human being, even our own children. Trust that God has a perfect plan, even if we do not know why, or know how. Victoria has fulfilled every one of her purposes from the moment we knew of her condition.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>When Victoria was born just over a month ago, she struggled with a low birth weight and respiratory issues, but her parents celebrated her birth and life. They even posted to Instagram to announce her one month birthday.<\/p>\n<p>Sadly, Victora <a href=\"http:\/\/www.usmagazine.com\/celebrity-news\/news\/rapper-wisin-mourns-death-of-1-month-old-daughter-w442852\">died on September 30<\/a>, but her parents were given a month with her that they weren&#8217;t sure was possible.<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;I thank God for her one month of life, one month with Victoria,&#8221; Wisin wrote. &#8220;Princess Victoria, I will see you again in heaven. I&#8217;m in so much pain, God please help me.
